No hot water supply

Overall i liked the room and the facilities,the Chinese lady staff was so polite but one thing she's so soft spoken,i can't really hear what she speaks but she's so sweet..the toilet was clean and there was extra pillows...the hotel management already stated can't bring durian in,but i can smell bad durian odur beside the room i stayed..

It's could be more pleasant if the management arrange a iron with ironing board.. that's all

Little leeway for early check-in in all the years I have been using this hotel, several times per year.Dirty window from birds' poo.A simple single seat sofa would make it more comfortable to rest in room.

Bright room overlooking the town, strategic location with fast food, restaurants, supermarkets, convenient stores, kopitiam and more. Spacious room and comfortable.

Friendly greeting. Efficient check in and good English spoken. Handy to local restaurants. It did actually have a view as the badge suggests. Super clean

When I was asked for a 50.MYR cash deposit on check in, I was expecting a mini bar or some such. Instead the room contains a price list for everything you can steal, including the TV. I realise guests shouldn't steal, and they may have had issues, but this is a bit crazy. Bed was firm. The shower wasn't quite as hot as it could have been.

Clean room.

The receptionist (male guy). When i entered the lobby, the male receptionist didn't greet me or smile. Really snobbish. When he ask me he didn't look at me. It was late at night me and my family were so tired. The other male worker was so inconsiderate. Asking us to pay cash another cash deposit and we had insufficient cash, he asked my husband to walk to the bank quite far.

I recently stayed at The View Hotel in Segamat and would rate it as an average but convenient place for a short stay. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its strategic location—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of fast food outlets and other amenities, making it very accessible for travelers who prefer convenience.However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the room I stayed in had no window, which made it feel a bit enclosed and lacking in natural light. The TV channels were quite limited and uninteresting, which might not be ideal for guests who like to unwind with some entertainment. Additionally, while the room itself was generally okay, the bathroom could have been cleaner. A bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way.

The staff was not friendly and made us wait in the lobby until exactly 2pm to check in even though the room was ready. They were nice enough to let us leave our luggage in their office until then.

We booked three rooms, two were in good condition, but one had issues. The first room assigned to me wasn’t cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. We eventually moved to the Premier Level (Level 5), which had recently been refurbished and felt much better.Although the Premier room was cheaper than our original booking, no compensation was offered. We were too tired to raise the issue. The bed was comfortable, but the floor wasn’t very clean. Due to our exhaustion, we decided not to switch rooms again.Location is great, and we’ve stayed here before. Would I return for a third time? Maybe? But I hope to see better consistency in room cleanliness and service next time.

Unsuitable for hotel, and bed & branket feel smelly n itchy. And no window. Shower facilities very poor.

One of young the male receptionist is kinda rude, not looking at customers while they are talking, didn't smile and just talk to get the registration over with ASAP. The TV signal is blur - all channels. Only few channels available around 5 only. Suspect either they are using old LCD TV or incoming signal source is lousy. Their creamer (for drinks has expired). In the toilet, the water beside the toilet bowl is stagnant as there is no exit water outlet on the floor. Also the same case if water under the sink (on the floor). Doors doesn't auto close shut neatly, if you don't realise this, it will have a gap and someone might enter. Light switch only located near door entrance and you can't switch it off from the bedside. No gym and no pool.

Conveniently located. Parking available. Good fridge. Great shower.

A bit run down. Room had a funny smell. Dusty in places.

Everything....the downside is tv is lcd so cannot open youtube but hey the room was nice and clean and premium....got elevator. I like..parking also damn good

Tv...not....smart tv. Hehehe because I prefer opening surah on tv while sleeping.

The bed was quite firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference, and there were no extra pillows provided, which would have added to the comfort.

The room is nice, value for money.

Dont have breakfast, have to buy or go outside for breakfast.

Room is comfortable, clean and neat and location is great. Everything is around the corner.
