Royal Garden Hotel

Clean, orderly & has very good access to restaurants

I like this hotel

Room is spacious enough.

No telco signal. Has to go out to make a call or text.Slippers are wet eventhough we checked in at 5pm.

AC and bed , trash bins both in cr and room. Ac is cold which is a big factor for me

Bathroom is a bit small huhu

Excellent location.

Wifi highly unreliable. Also staff cleaning the room will throw away everything you leave in sight (personal tooth brush, personal soap, etc..). Be very careful.Front desk staff don't seem to care much about your questions.Guys guard at the entrance clearly let you feel they have zero care about any question you may have.

Reasonably priced

The restaurant service was terrible, staff were fine but way understaffed.

Very comfortable very clean good hot water. Staff was friendly.

Limited parking could be a problem

Convenient

The restaurant took over an hour to feed the 6 of us in the group. The food was good, but, the wait was way too long.

Room was good. Would be nice to have fridge and microwave.

Food was average.

Hotel was safe..everything worked in the room maybe and A/C worked perfect and fast to get the room cold, and shower was excellent cold and hot consistently no hiccups once o ever.

except for the TV connection of the signal was a little poor, vision wasn't so clear and volume was to low on most channels..

Perfect location and clean facilities. The food is excellent.

Some rooms have no window.

no so good it is set breakfast only one cup coffee only

the internet connection is poor in our room a suite

It's in the center of the city, convenient to all stores.

Pretty old

LocationHousekeeping 24/7

Rooms have small cockroachesNeeds maintenanceOverpriced cafe food items

I like the food & service and the location of the hotel is easily accessible.

So far, so good.

Been here, done that several times.Same old same old, the staff and facilities are excellent(see didn't like below for exception).Special kudos to housekeeping!

Service in the resto is spotty and this visitor believes that in general management needs to evaluate and address areas where improvement are required. I am intentionally being vague. Management needs to address!

Accessible, the price is just right,

Staffs are respectable but I think they need more staff, they can’t deliver a 100% service.

Everything except what is noted below.

The elevator closing mechanism, specifically the timing of the closing is dangerous. I have a gash on my arm as it somewhat violent and forcefully decided to close when it felt this senior didn’t enter quickly enough. I reported this to the front desk this morning before checkout and stressed that I felt strongly that the appropriate management personnel followed up on my observation and unfortunate encounter with a hungry elevator(lift).

location is good and handy to everything

There Resto closes early, wanting dinner at 0730 but was advised that their kitchen is closed, even room service is not available.

Property was good for the price and is in the middleof the city. Have a cafe at the ground floor if you are lazy to go out for food.

They forgot to tell me that there will be no airport transfer available. Was at the airport and called them and found out only when I called. Though they were apologetic.

the location but parking spaces were limited.

too many OJT staff. they should have more regular staff, not OJT.
