Have already given detailed feedback when your app asked question why I on arriving at the spot and seeing the unprofessional behavior of staff, the presence of very large lizard type reptiles in the bathroom, the haunted atmosphere of the place, the non presence of any reception office, total darkness and no light in a jungle like place at night, the only one staff that came after 15 minutes and that one also not knowing a word of English , the fact that there was not even one guest in the whole haunted place , no staff present anywhere, the one that came after two telephone calls had a spear gun in hand in a threatening way in complete darkness, the hundreds of mosquitoes that bit us while standing in the open because the so called resort had no reception to receive people. In any case it was a total disaster.Only one guy could speak broken English that also over the phone from somewhere far away who couldn’t come to meet us and I told him I will only stay in another room if he could assure that the rooms and bathroom roofs made of cane with big holes left between them does not have big lizards like animals or snakes . He said he can’t assure me of it. And if we had stayed I and my wife would have stayed awake all night in a threatening haunted space with no other human being or even staff available for protection or call for help.So after wasting almost 45 minutes there and not getting any assurance from even the Incharge , who was on phone , I told him I am canceling my booking.Kindly get clarification from the property administration about why customers have to go through such threatening and unprofessional atmosphere who come a long way , almost 5 hours travel from Bangkok attracted by marketing material on booking.com that are misleading and showing a professionally run resort , totally contrary to the reality which I explained above .

Room was good. Comfortable bed and good shower. However, the bathroom was not clean.

Properly should be closed during low season. Pretty much no service. Area outside room very dirty. Restaurant closes at 6pm. Dont bother with breakfast …. Very poor.

The view on the river of course is why people come and stay here and that was indeed the highlight. Also, it was super quiet as there were very very few other guests around which was nice.

The restaurant is 1* and there is literally no proper service. Also the 'bar' refrigerator was basically empty, no cold water, etc available - that is not acceptable, especially since this is so easy to fix (someone from the hotel just needs to go to the store and refill the fridge).

Very quiet, nice to be on the river. The bellboy was very helpful and gave me a ride to the hot springs. Room was pretty clean, very large bed. There is not much to do in the area but I recommend the hot springs (including massages) and the temple on a hill near Wat Prangkasi. Both are 5’ away by car/motorbike.

The place looks like it’s been abandoned, it is dirty, empty and neglected, especially the commun parts like the restaurant. It is hard to find someone from the staff and the manager seems more preoccupied by the money than anything else (I had to transfer money from the bank to secure my booking but when I arrived, I was the only one in the hotel…). The price is way above the quality of the service. Some efforts should be made here cause the venue is great.
