Pretty quiet and silent. The breakfast is for korean perfect. Not western breakfast. The sea spa is very old but nice price and the spa seawater is amazing. You should try.Ice spender is every floor open. You van have it for free. Heating and AC is clean. No allergy problem.

When you order to blanket or extra service you have to pay .

Fabulous location, we could hear the roar of the waves even though we hadn’t been able to get an ocean view room. Walking to the temple in the morning was a lovely start to the day, The room was spacious for our family and just as pictured.

We didn’t realise there was a sauna until we were leaving, this would have been nice after hiking Seoraksan. Perhaps it was an additional charge. We don’t know.

Great location by the sea. Recently refurbished. Lovely spa. Good value. Apparently best hotel in the area.

Room privacy(seen from outside) and sound proof from the corridor were bit weak.

The Restaurant was closed and also the room service was not available even there was an information in the room. The breakfast was ok, but already quite empty when we came, therefore I think it was too expensive.

Booking a hotel in S Korea from the US was a little hard to tell what you were going to get. This hotel far exceeded my expectations, so you should book it. It is further from Sokcho than I thought, which didn't really matter. My sister and I came in the off season (12/2022) so the beach town was mostly deserted. Restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel sits up on a little hill next to Naksansa temple, which you can access easily from the basement floor (no need to find parking for the temple). Parking was free for those staying at the hotel. The parking lot does fill up at night. The view from our 2nd floor room with an ocean view was amazing at sunrise. We didn't have to brave the cold to go outside the room. The staff were very helpful. There's a Nice to CU convenience store in the basement near the sauna (as well as laundry facilities) in case you forget something. Everything was very clean and all the amenities were of high quality.

Just be aware that the staff barely speaks English but are definitely willing to help, just use a translation app. Make sure you register your car correctly upon check in if you don't want to pay for parking.

A perfect location for enjoying the mountain and beach at the same time!

A plumbing was being done during my stay so we couldn't use the bathroom between 11:30 and 2:30.

I wanted to reserve room with beds but it wasnt available so we reserved traditional ondol room (with futon). ondol beds are pretty thin and was definitely too thin for old folks. we also got room designed for 3 people but got two futon set. That was so absurd for me. Because there were only set of two, we had to pay extra 20000 won to get another futon bed that was suppose to be already made available for us. They did not make any effort to accommodate or correct any wrongdoing and we just paid extra for nothing.

Beachfront location. Family friendly. There were big towels!

Situation of the hotel

Reservation was made for 3 people in the junior suite, but only 1 double bed was set.,.. and i had to pay an additional fee to get a new bedding....On the 2nd day, the cleaning was not made well, only the towels were replaced, but the bed was not made

A great location and view on the beach. The family apartment was spacious and comfy. A buffet breakfast was really good and surprisingly open during the COVID pandemic.

Staff speak limited English.

Location, Service , Check in etc. all fine good standard. Breakfast good selection , prestation and quality.

English manuals on systems , ie Air-condition operation which is either room or external controlled would help. But reception managed all on contact.

The A/C didnt cool the air at all. The staff asked us ro close the curtains...seriously? I dont book an ocean view and then close my curtains! NOT ACCEPTABLE! The staff was not helpful, just giving weird advise...

Uncomfortable bed and pillows

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very professional and curteous.

Everythng was fine except the pillows were not in par with the hotel class. I expected something more soft and less polyesterly.

It was a great stay at a great hotel. The view from the room was magical. We could see the sun rise every morning.The suite was very spacious and had everything you need. The buffet style breakfast was very good.
