Big room.

Not very clean. The location is pretty far away from everything.

The staff was great. The location is hidden if you like quiet location.

The Wi-Fi was weak. It’s a bit distance from the main shop areas.

The place is quiet and peaceful. It's also very convenient, with restaurants, cafes and beach.

Good Wi-Fi Room was a nice size

This hotel is a very very long walk to the beach.The breakfast was not even worth going We checked out 2days early because the walk to go anywhere was so long we wanted to be more close to restaurants and the beach.We never asked for a refund we were fine with just leaving 2nights early however the cleaning staff put our bags out on the balcony and slammed the door on us even though we had still paid for the accommodation.Not friendly at all except the guy who checked us in he was nice ?

We had a nice stay at La Nube. The pool was great, AC worked really well and it was nice having kitchen facilities, especially a descent size fridge. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. We were there in low season so there weren't may restaurants open that were easy to walk to.

We felt the location was a little too far from restaurants. I am allergic to cats so it was a little uncomfortable when the cats were begging for food at breakfast, lying on the sunbeds and trying to get into our room when we opened the door.

The atmosphere and pool area was cozy even though we didn’t use it. The young man working there was nice.

We had some issues when checking in and out. There was no one in the lobby and nobody answered when we rang the doorbell or called the number on the door. There was a lot of mosquitos eating on us so it was highly unpleasant after a long day of traveling. A lot of bugs in the room as well and the kitchen was dirty and not equipped at all. We also felt a bit unsafe since the security was none existent, nobody in the lobby and they often had the keys just hanging somewhere visible with no one around. There has been multiple break ins and people lost their stuff so we didn’t leave the room almost at all because of that. No safety box in the room to put our passports and laptops into. Breakfast was kind of disappointing. Just one thing from the menu and one drink (coffee or juice). If you wanted both you had to pay extra. No unsweetened coffee available. It just wasn’t enough and we were hungry again after one hour.

I enjoyed my stay at LaNube. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.

One man in the reception was very fluent in English. The pool was clean and breakfast is ok.

Good location, near a lot of different cafes, supermarkets, free bus. Also, the nearest beach is so great. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and you can go to the reception with any questions.

Small breakfast, you need to choose something one from the list of 6 items. And if you come in the end of the breakfast, the choice can be smaller, as some items become unavailable

Room was comfortable and spacious. The area is nice and peaceful and conveniently located near many restaurants and the main strip.

Limited breakfast options. Room needs a bit of maintenance and our toiletries didn’t get refilled.

It was close to everything, the pool was nice and the rooms are amazing.

That the shower and toilet don’t have a door between them. The WiFi in our room was bad, like only if you stood close to the door u had WiFi, and unfortunately not even good WiFi.

Comfy room and, great location in a quiet street close to beach and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful- booked for me the best pedicure in the island! Would recommend La Nube.

It’s a quiet place close to the cafes and massage salons in 12 minutes from the beach. We got a room on the 3rd floor with a wonderful view!

Clean and good location to travel everywhere, on the main road have free bus to Vinwonder and Grandworld, 10min to biggest supermarket Kingkong, 15min to Phu Quoc night market, if you are someone who loves home food then u can get kitchen tools and can cook inside your room they will provide everything, staff also polite if it’s your first time traveling to Phu Quoc you don’t have to worry about it La Nube will guide you through

An awesome small hotel, in a quiet street but close to main attractions. Super clean, nice swimming pool, beautiful and confortable room.. the staff is helpfull and friendly. I recommand this place. I will come again for sure.Congratulations to the whole team you made my stay perfect
