The window to beach is so weird, anyone can across. TV have no netflix or youtube.Weak water pressure and take a little bit long to have hot water.Door is not sensitive with key card.Hope hotel will improve to have more better experience to another

Excellent staff, room service, great breakfast options at the roof top bar with beautiful cable car views and sunset. Staff were helpful at all times. As a result, se extended our stay to 10more nights in total.

Really good hotel with really good location. Stuff really friendly and helpful. If you have a motorbike - this hotel and its location will be the best choice for your vacation. Room is clean and comfortable, every day cleaning. So I recommend this place for everyone.

Cleaning lady came too early, but it wasn't a big problem as we also woke up early

Friday Saturday Karaoke evening is inexplicably loud simultaneously from two places around. A hot shower problems - sometimes takes 10 minutes to wait for hot running water.

First of all, all the employees were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and facilities were above our expectations. We didn’t spend much time in a hotel, but for the weekend stay it ticked all the boxes.

You can hear your neighbours very clearly, eg. using a wc or simply talking, earplugs needed if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, super friendly helpful staff. Rooms were great for what we wanted- sleeping and chilling out. Rooms were not too small and clean, well supplies. Staff stored our luggage after check out. Also 12 midday check out was great. Easy for tour guides to find.

TV in the room has weak signal, no Youtube so couldn’t use it. However, it’s not a big deal considering the price and only need a secure place to sleep.

Hotel is clean and staff are exceptionally polite and nothing is a problem for to make you feel comfortable. Very nice hotel with spacious, modern, and clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

WiFi was surprisingly inconsistent for such a modern hotel, but passable.

The presentation of the room was very professional, spacious and excellent quality. The view was exceptional.The rooftop bar was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was very classy.

The hot water was very slow in coming through and then almost impossible to regulate.Not the hotels fault but there were very few eating out options available.

Everything! Staff was super friendly and very well-coordinated. Incredible service - the staff assisted us from landing to departure. Great selection of food at buffet.

Difficult to fault. You get what you pay for regarding the type of accommodation you choose. One suggestion would be to have maybe one or two extra public use internet terminals with printers so that departing guests can more easily make onward travel arrangements, particularly with current international border entry/controls requirements

The view from the rooftop terrace is magnificent!

There was a weird smell in the room. I think it was the scent of the cleaning agent they use.
