Rainforest Resort Phu Quoc

Nice big rooms, big swimming pool and good breakfast.

A peaceful, relaxing, and quiet stay at this Resort. This was my first time in Phu Quoc and after arriving at the resort, I was greeted by Tuong who helps run his family’s business at the resort. He was very accommodating and gave me wonderful recommendations on foods and activities to do on the island. He treated me like family and was hospitable during my entire stay at the resort. If you’re looking for a quiet location a bit away from the Grandworld hotel areas, then I would highly recommend this resort. This location is a 15 min Grab drive to Grandworld Phu Quoc and a 35 min drive to Starfish Beach, both highly recommended places. Room is spacious and has working utilities and owner is willing to help accommodate. Breakfast and Lunch cooked by the resort’s chef is delicious and healthy.I would not recommend walking around outside the resort at night since roads are dimly lit with lights.Would definitely book again and highly recommend this if you’re solo traveling or traveling with family.

The location is not so good; it's quite far from the city center and the beach, but the neighborhood is peaceful, and the facility and service are excellent.

Tuong was an extremely helpful and attentive host, he responded to all of our queries and went above and beyond our entire stay (6 nights). He organised our scooter rental (150k vnd a day) and airport transfer The pool area is beautiful and very relaxingThe gym is well maintained and feels brand newOur room was spacious, the room was cleaned and towels changed daily and it has everything you’d need, and the bed was very comfortable The laundry room was free to use you just had to pay for detergent We would 1000% recommend and be coming back

Bed was very comfortable, and the room larger than expected. Air conditioning worked well. The place looks good and is very well kept. Lovely pool, very clean and nice to swim in. Good WiFi. It also had an impressive gym that some guests were using (not me! I'm on vacation!). Manager helpful and team friendly. Can see why after trying it some return for longer stays.

30-45 minute walk to bus stop, but that is no problem if you have your own transport. Whilst currently it is a quiet hideaway, there may be other development nearby in the future. Limited food options nearby, but self catering possible, and they can prepare food if requested.

We liked everything about the property, especially Tuong!! He is a sweetheart, made sure we got what we asked for and made our stay very pleasant. The property is beautiful and very quiet. The food is the absolute best here. The menu is small but every dish is made with so much love! The rooms are spacious with ample natural light through the day. It's a great place for remote workers or for anyone who wants to come in for a leisure holiday.

It was a little far from the main area but no complaints at all since we didn't miss anything at all!

-Staff were so attentive and helpful !!-Can rent a scooter for a good price directly through them .-Room spacious & comfy.-Great restaurants nearby (a couple of minutes on bike) namely Pho Bo Nam Dinh. We dined nearly every night as the Pho was amazing & so cheap !-Pool was so lovely & relaxing.-Gym was nice w great equipment.

The only downside may have been the Location as its 1h from most of the attractions down south. We had a bike & this didn’t really bother us at all. There’s also a fair few things to do up the north so it wasn’t a massive issue.

Everything was perfect. We have been there for 7 nights. Nice area, clean room, big swimming pool, big gym with everything for good training. Manager is also very kind and can give you good advices.

What a beautiful place! There is everything that we needed. The room is big, the bed is confortable, the shower is great, the place is quiet and beautiful with all the plants and the swimming pool. We had a wonderful time there especially thanks to Tuong. He is incredible. He took so much care of us, giving good recommendations, being very accommodating, much more than expected. We highly recommend that place!

It was perfect

Very clean and very comfortable. First time I have been in a salt water swimming pool (loved it ?) room was spacious. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Recommend scooter hire if staying here (15 mins to beach ) . I would recommend staying here ???

it’s the perfect resort for a relaxing stay in the island and management are so helpful throughout my stay. it’s clean very comfortable, lovely pool and very good gym i honestly recommend this place and definitely would come back

We had a wonderful stay. The resort is a lovely size with an extremely well equipped gym, pool and restaurant. All of the above plus the rooms are clean and well maintained.For breakfast you choose a meal from the list and it was delicious.The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Tường gave us many recommendations.

The location is a little secluded but that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a scooter and got around fine.The location made for a very peaceful stay for us.

Amazingly clean and pretty resort with large refreshing pool, spacious rooms, transitional Vietnamese breakfast. Genuinely warm and gracious staff who could do no more to make our stay special. This is a hidden Gem ? a short grab ride from Grand World and a world away from the corporate hotels which are way overpriced and do not offer this kind of genuinely welcoming experience. Great WiFi Highly Recommend. We would return

Some healthier options would have been appreciated. - Location is not close to anything so you will need a scooter which was fine for us, but don’t stay here if you can’t ride a scooter.

Great value for money. Very attentive, helpful and friendly host. Comfortable beds. Great gym and swimming pool. The whole vibe of the place is serene and exotic.

The place is in off on its own. When in the resort by the pool, beautifully surrounded by the forest. The staff were beyond amazing, food at the restaurant and breakfast was good. The gym was the nicest we have seen traveling.

You need a motorbike or taxi on call to explore outside, but completely doable and we would stay here again if we come back.
