Ideally located, beautiful view, clean, friendly staff, near bus stops, nice pool, very comfortable mattresses, many tv channels, good breakfast. Seems quite popular with both locals and tourists, and for good reason. Excellent value as well.

The hotel I’m staying at is truly a great choice with a reasonable price. The staff are very enthusiastic, always smiling, and ready to assist whenever needed. Its central location, right next to the bus station, makes getting around extremely convenient. The outdoor swimming pool is beautifully designed, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also has a spacious and airy atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to stay. With professional service and warm hospitality, this hotel offers a wonderful experience for any traveler.

This was a no-frills hotel that really worked for me. The staff were really kind and tried hard to make me happy. AC was excellent, the fridge was nice and cold, the water in the shower was piping hot and the location was fantastic. I had a free shuttle that came to pick me up at the hotel. It is free if you booked three nights and more. Otherwise you can take the.Vinbus which is also for free directly from the airport that drops you off right in front of the hotel. Excellent value for the money paid I highly recommend. It is a 10 minute walk to Long Beach.

Although the hotel tried hard to give me a quiet room away from noise, I was right below the dining hall and was woken up by the noise of shouting staff and pulling chairs on the floor every morning at 6 AM 9 AM. There was some hammering construction going on in the morning as well. The hotel refused to accommodate a late checkout. The room was not clean and had weird brown smudge stains all over the walls and the side of the toilet and Breakfast was really bad.they made sunny side up eggs in a cup of oil. Very unhealthy. No boiled eggs. Not even sliced bread. Mostly catering to Asian palette and nothing western.

This hotel has a great central location. The staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful. There’s also a free bus service to the northern part of the island, which is a nice bonus. For the price ($35), I really couldn’t ask for more!

This hotel is not new, but it is very cozy. The staff is incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, always ready to assist. The location is excellent—right in the city center, with a bus to Vinpearl stopping in front of the hotel. It takes just a 5-minute walk to reach the beach. The outdoor pool is quite clean and comfortable. The buffet restaurant has a beautiful sea view, and the Asian food is delicious.With all these great features, paying only around £25 per night is quite reasonable!

Everything. The pool, the staff, the breakfast, the free airport shuttle, distance from the beach, distance from the cafes and massages, also the Free #17 bus, laundry service in front of the hotel. Excellent value for money.

Yes, $40 for all of this is definitely worth it! You’re getting a central location, a short walk to the beach, great service, a delicious Asian breakfast, and a restaurant with ocean views. It’s a great deal for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Phú Quốc.

Homestead Seaview Phú Quốc is an excellent hotel with a prime central location, just a 250m walk to the beach. The staff is friendly, professional, and always attentive. The Asian-style breakfast is delicious, and the seaside restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with beautiful ocean views.

The breakfast was great with a lot of different choices everyday. The location was also good, except you’ll have to walk approx 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The front desk also helped me book a tour last minute; super efficient.

Smelled smoke during the 1st night, called the receptionist but she couldn’t understand me and kept telling me I can’t smoke. Also I could hear the noise outside - the door wasn’t blocking the noise.

Could be a bit noisy with the balcony door open but we was on the front,also there was a rogue Aircon being quite noisy which was running day and night so sleep sometimes could be interrupted.(3rd floor)

Staff did a bad job informing us about things such as breakfast or wi-fi information. We had to ask for everything on our own.There was no information in the room either. Also, for whatever reason, there was no “do not disturb/make up room” tag inside either. Speaking of the room, it was smaller than the pictures have depicted. I assume that a fairly big balcony was included in the area. A couple of pictures were from a different type of room. Some hinges need oiling, as some of them made a lot of noise, and even the main room door was touching and brushing against the floor as you open it.The breakfast situation is depressing. We got there at 8:55, 35 minutes before the end. No coffee cups were available, most of the food was gone, and the moment we saw some of the plates were chipped and others were still wet and not even fully cleaned, we left. We had an impression that you would have better luck if you arrived at something like 7.A/C was loud. Not horrible if you love a good amount of white noise when you sleep. If two people shower one after another, the maximum water temperature for the second person is just around “tepid”. If you are looking to go to the beach, you will need to do a pretty big walk around to access it, as most of the surrounding area is walled off by other, better, properties. We didn’t bother as we spent our time elsewhere.The whole hotel seemed a little depressing. I am not sure how much of this was projection from my end. All in all, there is certainly potential in the location but it was giving more of a “youth hostel” vibe than anything else, except that hostels are usually lit.

The location was excellent, we checked in last minute so was unable to get the room we wanted. But they were so accommodating they moved us as soon as it became available. We had a huge shared balcony that you could see everything from. Would definitely stay again and great value for money.

Friendly receptionist that was so helpful and smily, it made our stay! Amazing Vietnamese breakfast (I personally love mi xao noodles, broken rice and meet with Vietnamese spices, eggs). The hotel is nice, clean, not new furniture but and not too old. Beautiful swimming pool. We very very satisfied

There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Rooms were good-sized.

Sadly, many reviews were fake snd we fell for that. The hotel is a lot more dated rhan shown. Problems :- 250m from the beach is perhaps in a straight line but in reality, you have to walk all around other hotels snd then come to their private beeches - from which they can kick you out! Very uncomfortable for my aged mother!- Breakfast is appalling. We had to beg staff for plain "fresh" milk for coffee, they refused. Only bought milk when we wanted to leave and asked for a refund. They made a huge fuss about milk! - Bed linen and towels are full of holes and ripped apart - see photo proof! - Extremely noisy at night, people at the pool! - We had to cancel and leave eerly, as could not stay in this hole any longer. The hotel refused any refund no. matter what. They offered bigger rooms instead but we refused that. Horrible value for money and no refunds. You've been warned! We escalated claim, still waiting.
