Location was good, close to a lot of restaurants and the beach, good pool.

Super hard beds in our room, rooms are not soundproof at all, more or less broken pool furniture & missing mattresses, the cleaners are not really cleaning the rooms and I had to ask 3 ppl in the staff to get new towels.

Great location, next to Ong Lang beach which is amazing. Staff friendly.

Room was not clean at all, certainly did not reflect the price.

It is a really nice place and a fantastic location, The Villas is amazing and everything here! But The host was not here for many days and. I cleaning, no service at all!

faulty Towers comes to Phu Quoc!The management of the resort was a shambles.Supposed to be met at the airport , Didnt happen.One day no water, another no power. Breakfast was a shambles no coordination between the kitchen staff and the reception bar.Food kept running out.No english language spoken at all.

Good location - that’s the only good thing I can say.

I tried reaching booking.com and the hotel directly. This is NOT what is represented. RoomWas dirty, pool was filthy (I was afraid to get in it for health reasons), tool 20 minutes to find someone to check us into our room (there was never staff around), roomWas dirty, we only had one towel during our stay even though we requested extra towels on numerous occasions, breakfast was terrible, grounds are in complete disrepair, mold in bathroom, and definitely not spa or 24 hour desk attendant.

The cleaning is very bad. When I ask the staff to clean their tongues, they come in and give me a garbage bag. I used to ask for bed sheets and change them. The breakfast is cold and tasteless with no choice. mice run in the kitchen

This hotel was very disappointing. Very run down. Poor management. Dirty. Broken furniture. Poolside was filled with same dirty dishes and ashtrays for days. Only a handful of staff who were busy doing everything from serving breakfast to pool maintenance to room upkeep. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived at night. We had no tv, our toilet was blocked from last guest and required plumber ( so gross) our air conditioner had no remote so we couldn’t cool room down & the room was thick with mosquitoes. With a bathroom window that isn’t sealed we had to do wildlife checks upon returning to our room each time. We had 2 massive spiders in our bathroom a frog, mozzies and there was a snake by the pool. Not relaxing at all. Our room was not serviced once in an 8 night stay!!! I had to grab a broom & sweep the floor myself. And go to laundry & beg for fresh towels. Crazy!! This ‘resort’ could be so nice. It’s in a good spot & has the basic infrastructure to be lovely. Needs love & money & decent management. Would not recommend staying here until then.

The advantage was that near the hotel is a very lovely beach. An advantage would be, if the hotel could install on that beach its own beach-beds (marked as for Isabella hotel quests).. The hotel is family friendly, very good for families. It would be convenient to make more variety of the breakfast.The pool is excellent but one remark: the cleaning aggregates/filter are little bit more noisy (maybe could be checked by a technician, or make an technical updating of them)

They bring the drinks for the breakfast from the bar, which is 30 meter far, this means it is lost of time, and it does not look well running with each drink there and back.Other un-convenient is that they serve drinks by the pool in glass: there a possibility to break the glass, which would be a problem. It is better to serve the drinks by the pool in plastic cups.

The staff were friendly. Especially the manager. The pool was magnificent. The room was large and very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, 2 min from the nice beach, close to other restaurants and shops, walking distance or by bike that you can rent at the reception. Good room size, nice big bathroom, terrace in front of the room and beautiful pool. Located in a quiet area, away from the mess of the Long Beach. About 10-15 min by bike from the capital town. I loved my stay and I recommend to everyone especially for this price it was a good surprise, despite all little thing that need to be improved.

Hotel did not have spa at the place as indicated in its name and on the pictures, no breakfast buffet, some dishes by menu and not very well prepared and undrinkable coffee. Hotel located in quiet area, with few restaurants and one spa in a little village, but with a limited choice, so if you don’t ride a bike you may feel a little isolated, but for us it was perfect. Cleaning could be better.

Breakfast was very basic and nothing like the pictures. There is no buffet. It’s understandable for this price range but they should remove the pictures.
