Almost funny, but not really. Check in was not pleasant, as we were forced to wait until exactly 2pm because “all rooms are ready at the same time.” Kinda silly to be so unnecessarily restrictive.

Fantastic hotel, located 5 minutes walk from Phú Quốc night market and the center. Close to many bars and restaurants.The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the roomhas a very nice and clean bathroom.The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any helpwith anything. I really felt at home :)I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Phú Quốc.

- Room is not clean, only basic cleaning, but lots of dust everywhere and fridge in the room was leaking for a long time already without hotel noticing it. - WiFi only has basic encryption and did not work most of the time. - Hotel tries to make too much money on trips and renting out stuff such as motor bikes (much cheaper elsewhere).
Clean hotel, very cool staff, and most central location at the port. Room was on high floor and had two balconies, as if staying on a skyscraper with great views almost 360. Excellent bar just one block away.

Late check in was possible. If you want to be close to city, the location is good. But no beach, more like the harbour.
Very dirty! There was a wall in front of our window, so no daylight. Bathroom full of mold! Bed sheets dirty. We checked out earlier, it was disgusting.Staff was not too friendly, tried their best to scam us with motorbike rent. Never ever again! Worst hotel in Vietnam.
