I had a wonderful vacation at this resort. The location is absolutely amazing, offering beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I want to give special appreciation to Mr. Thor, who was incredibly helpful with every request and made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway

Room was nice and big and comfortable. Large bathroom and nice shower. Very clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Although it was located beachfront, the ocean was not very clean. Lots of garbage and seaweed, staff tried to keep it clean but was not possible. Not much of a beach area.

Exactly what we were looking for - quiet, clean and comfortable. We spent a week relaxing on the beach and by the pool, reading and having great drinks and fresh spring rolls. Great front desk staff - Thor specifically. Most of the restaurant staff were great too - except for two grumpy guys that seemed very unhappy to be there.

Chef at the restaurant was really good. As we're vegetarians she accepted customisations on the menu and prepared us a fantastic dinner.

Stayed in a bungalow with a sea view. Room was ok nothing extraordinary booked only for the sea view. Staff was really bad. 2 boys seem really intimidating and looking to scam you. Better stay away from this property. We had an AC failure as soon as we checked in, all our luggage got wet and they didn't even offer a new room. In the name of fixing AC they made a huge mess in the room. We paid 150$ to take this mess. We had planned to stay for 3 nights, glad I paid only for 1 night and I immediately checked out the next day. Again the staff let us down the next morning. We had ordered takeaway breakfast as we had to go for the activity at 8 am. They didn't prepare anything, we had to pack things ourselves and run. Overall the experience was horrible. The worst in our entire trip.

We had a beachfront cabana with the ocean on our doorstep. The staff is friendly, the property and amenities are beautiful.

Lovely place to stay off the main road and in a quiet area of Phu Quoc. This is the reason we booked this place as we wanted to get away from the buzz of the town centre, but still close enough to be able to do a quick trip when we needed to purchase food or drinks. The hotel is in a more secluded are but provides a bike rental service for a reasonable price. Even if we had a small misunderstanding with reception (we asked to book a scooter which was later given to someone else thinking we did not want it anymore) they went above their way to fix this and provided us with another scooter later that evening - really great service!We got a beach front bungalow which we really loved as a couple: the view was lovely, literally in front of the beach and the sea within a few meters. The hotel is home to a few dogs which are all very friendly and do not bother guests (although they might stick around when dinner and lunch are served). This was really enjoyable for dog lovers such as we are.We loved the place so much we considered extending our stay for 2 more mights but ended up keeping our original booking due to the price of changing our flights.

The food at the restaurant is pretty reasonably priced, but the menu is quite limited so after a few meals you'll want to find other options, which are quite far due to the location of the hotel. The food tastes okay, nothing amazing but also not terrible at all. The breakfast options are pretty limited too, so if you're a big breakfast person, I'd recommend having your breakfast there but also buying a few snacks for the rest of the day. Wasn't a problem for us as we prefer having a late lunch than a big breakfast but worth to let others know.

The location is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing time. (Note that if you wish to visit the rest of the island you must rent a motorbike as everything is quite far). The staff is the kindest you'll find. They were always available to help with everything! The view is lovely!

Beautiful location, lovely pool, kayak hire, yoga mats, lovely jetty, hammocks etc etc! Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Reception staff even sorted a mattress topper as I found the bed a bit hard.

I felt that the restaurant could have been run better, quite often plates weren't cleared away, tables lacked all the condiments etc. They also ran out of white wine by the glass two nights on the trot, which was disappointing!

I got very sick during my stay and the team unfortunately weren’t very helpful. We are a young couple and my girlfriend was directed to a local shop to get some supplies, they failed to tell her that there would be wild dogs on the route and this lead to a very scary experience for her. I ended up having to rent a scooter to get medicine but also given bad directions to get there so we got lost. They were very helpful in helping us with an airport transfer to leave though!

Just stayed 10 days here. Thoroughly enjoyed everything.It is on the quieter side of the Island, away from all the bigger hotels and noise. Staff very helpful, restaurant has great choices, and the smoothies are fantastic.

Great location great beach front, good food, not much in terms of entertainment apart from yourself but have a book amazing.Not accessible to disabled people steep stairs down to bungalows and no lifts

Beautiful resort for about 70 guests, with its own restaurant, where they cook excellent food. Small clean pool, plenty of sunbeds and hammocks, pleasantly in the shade. The sea is shallow, you can't swim, but the water is clean and very warm. Great breakfast included in the price of the stay, plenty of drinks. You can rent a scooter on site and go on a trip when you get tired of the peace and quiet in this location. The stay was great for us, if we visit PhuQuoc again, we will be happy to stay here again!

I loved the place. Is so beautiful, the colors, the structure is just amazing. All new and so well thought. The restaurant is beautiful all made of wood, very classy but with an easy vibe that matches the environment we were in. The room was big and the bed sooo comfortable, anche ocean view was just priceless. The staff is pretty young and very nice and smily nice to be around! Breakfast was so good too! Many options and very good quality. It’s such a relaxing place to have the best stay if you don’t like caos and those artificial city they have built in the other parts of the island. I would go back anytime!

The only thing that can be improved is the food. Not that it was bad, but it can be better to match the greatness of the place!

Very clean, friendly staff and very helpful host at the reception, beautiful location, pool, great cocktails. The host even taught me how to drive the moped!

If you do not drive the moped, hard to move around or get to the city - taxis via Grab did not want to pick us up due to the distance. However, the remote location means very quiet, clean and relaxing environment and the host helped us rent a moped. The breakfast was OK, nothing special Beach was clean but the water not so much, used only the pool

We had a sea side bungalow and that is amazing, but the whole resort is 5 star. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great. Highly recommend this place!

The sea is a bit dirty.
