Pros +
- The hotel was a very clean open air hotel. It is part of the integrated resort complex and has a connected (maybe private) beach area. You can schedule a tour there or have your guides meet you at the hotel.
- Staff and location
- Had the private pool bungalow with sea view. The bungalow was really nice.
Cons -
- You are too far away for Grab to deliver to you. Food selections at the hotel were either limited or expensive. Not everything they serve can be ordered for room service. The local night market and food street were barren and uninviting.
- Shower overflowed twice. Flooded the whole bathroom. Breakfast buffet was chaotic; understaffed and omelette line took forever.
- Really noisy especially the breakfast area and the beach with loud music every night at a bar near by.

The facilities
The staff, they were just rude everything I tried to approach Them. I had a bad experience with a cleaning lady, who was literally laughing at my face.
We stayed in a private villa with its own pool and sea view, with direct access to the promenade and the beach, which was a great highlight of our stay and made the experience feel very special. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, well maintained, and very clean, making it an excellent place to relax. Breakfast was very varied, with some items changing daily, and the Vietnamese coffee was especially aromatic and enjoyable. The private pool was excellent, and we also tried the floating breakfast one morning, which was very good and well presented. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, including a strong selection of seafood. The location is another strong point: it is very easy to reach all the main attractions in the south of the island, and you can also walk to a small nearby town where you’ll find shops, restaurants, street food, and massage places.
While some elements of the villa showed signs of wear over time, these were minor issues and did not affect our overall experience. The locking system of the door leading to the pool was slightly rusty and difficult to open and close, we had to ask for the shower head to be replaced as the original one was broken, and there are a few spots around the shower area where small lizards or insects can enter. However, these were small inconveniences and did not take away from our enjoyment.
The facilities were great.
The rental bikes were rusty, old and unsafe to ride.
Close location for night market Close go to the kem beach 20 minutes
Not easy for wheelchair
Nice beach, great (but very expensive) Christmas Eve buffet, good range of food for breakfast.Thao at the pool bar was an awesome guy, worked so hard every day.
This is not a five star standard hotel. The building is looking shabby. There is no pool side food and beverage service, unless you get up every time and walk to the bar / cafe to order, and then it can take 2-3 hours for anyone to wander by and clear your glasses and plates. Sun lounges and tables are in disrepair, towels - esp at the bottom pool - are stained and frayed. A couple of times when our room was cleaned, towels and robes that we left on the bathroom floor were collected and not replaced.Smoking is allowed everywhere outside, including at food and beverage venues, at the pool, at the pool bar. This means families and children are surrounded by cigarette and vape smoke even if they don't want to be - this could be simply fixed with dedicated smoking areas outside, so that people who don't want to be choking on smoke can also relax outside. Overall we weren't impressed at all given the price and five star rating. Many better hotels, I'm sure.
the view from room towards ocean was very nice, beautiful and big swimming pools, big compound and can cycle just beside beach, nice beach also. there is a good night market just nearby hotel.
the hotel buildings are a big old, with inconsistent water pressure from tap and shower, initial water was yellowish in colour
Breakfast, Pool bar, Beach were excellent.Swimming in the sea is not very recommended as the slope was a bit rough.Rooms, staff and the rest are all good.
Great many thanks to the staff at the check-in counter who helped us in making reservations of local restaurants and voyages. The shuttle service between bungalows and the hobby is of convenience. Furthermore, the location of the resort is thrilling for sunset viewing, with about 15 minutes drive from the Phu Quoc airport.
There is no anti-mosquito spray inside the room. The canoe/kayak on the beach cannot be used, which is okay but need to keep us informed.
Everything about the facility - the location, staff, room, facilities, the two swimming pools, breakfast, food, was excellent.
The beach itself is quite clean, however, there is a narrow road between the property and the beach, that is mostly empty, but is accessible to the public, and I did see some outsiders on bikes there in the evening..
Swimming Pool and Breakfast
1. The free shuttle service was not enough. We have flight at 5pm and so they have free shuttle service at 1 pm and 3 pm so I need to used the shuttle of 1pm resulting to stay at airport for 4 hours.2. Similar shuttle to pick has to be increased since we need to wait for 1 hour while we arrive at 12.30 and they have shuttle at 2 pm.3. Driver and the travel desk staff was rude and not supporting to load and unload material Keeping material purposely and chances of broking the suitcase was observed Even smiling like they hate the Indians and talking in their language ( I have personally told the same to receptionist)4. Beachside is dirty even though it was private beach and not able to swim or even chance to get into.5. Overall not worthy to spend money at this hotel and you have very good option nearby with less amount
Very nice hotel near the beach. We enjoyed the private pool at our unit! The staff were always friendly and very helpfull. Good breakfast and food and drinks! We enjoyed our stay.
The weather was bad and windy, so we could not enjoyed the beach.
Very good breakfast, a lot of selection. Great pools, enough place for everyone, no feeling that there are a lot of people as the pools are located 1 at the beach site, another one close to the hotel building. Beach is 2 minutes walking, clean, warm water (December).
The rooms are not designed for the families: if you want to ask for an extra bed there is simply no place to put it. If to put it, there is no place left in the room
Lots of free activities to enjoy, including 2 pools.
The wait at the lobby for check-in/out was rather long and the experience can be improved, particularly offering express check out procedure
Breakfast
Mattress ( nệm) is so old then not flat and cannot sleep well .Doorman guy with green T-shirt is so poor service without any help to loading cases/ bags to car when we checkout. He was looks and smile when I asked him in Vietnamese that “ phụ giúp cùng nâng vali lên “ then he is nothings to do
Everything! Room was great, pools were great, grounds lovely and well kept, rooms cleaned daily, food good, staff friendly and helpful good English spoken and understood
Honestly nothing. Location good walkable to sonasea night market. in the middle of island made it easy to grab service to south and north. We explored the full island
Nice beach with 2 pools. Breakfast with good varieties.
