The location was perfect.

Well the communication in English was difficult as expected . However the toilette provisions provided were minimum.

Blue Sky Phu Quoc Hotel is an exceptional hotel. The recently remodeled rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed, plenty of electrical outlets, and speedy wifi. The pictures on booking are accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room is spotlessly clean, great staff! The location is excellent, a short walk to the harbor, night market, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Close to the hotel is a bus stop for the free VinBus 17 and 19. Plus, this hotel has a generator to keep power and wifi going during the lengthy power outages on the island, as the electrical grid is being upgraded.

Everything was perfect, an extraordinary hotel with newly remodeled rooms. Blue Sky Phu Quoc Hotel is the perfect place to stay when on the island. Highly recommend to everyone!

Good location near bus stop no17&19, night market, hair spa

Location can be accept but staff & service not good. Staff not friendly & service not take to customer well

Very clean and tidy but for this price you could get a nice hotel with a swimming pool.

No facilities apart from the rooms, no swimming pool, garden

Good location, near the night market, pho just in front of the door. Old but clean.

Staff - I dont want from them fluent english - just a few words (laundry, yes, no, kilo, price). They ignore you and speak between themselves in vietnamese. Ignorance lebel top. So if you need loundry, behind the corner is nice lady, cheap and quick laundry.

Spacious rooms with views overlooking the river and hillside. Close to the night market, restaurants and coffee shops.

Location near the night market, about 4 minutes walk. Also near two vegetarian restaurants, walking distance. About 10 minutes walk to Dinh Cau Temple near the beach.

Close everything good location value money happy with staff and service

NA

Room is clean , hotel is very near night market , just 3 mins by foot .

They have the payment issue . After I booked the booking , they contacted me for deposit even though the room policy no pre-payment , I have informed hotel , I would follow the policy that I made the booking . The hotel accept credit card (cc) payment, on the day I checked out , they told me their cc machine was down and asked me to pay cash . I m not sure if their cc machine is really has issue or they refer the guests to pay cash . Luckily, we have spare cash to pay . I understand that after covid 19 crisis for 2 yrs , hotel might want to save some money for cc fee, so that could be a reason that they want us to pay cash . just want to said if you book this hotel please bring along spare cash to pay the room. Otherwise, if you are rushing for the flight and they said their cc is down , then good luck to you !
