Brenta is closed to the beach with many local restaurant near by. I can have a good view from my room on 5th floor. Brenta is walkable to King Kong supermarket and convenient store. I am happy to stay here.

Brenta should find the solution to control air flow on ground floor, that will make you feel fresh.

Polite, friendly and very attentive staff. We had a suite in the annex which was impeccable. Comfortable bed and decent room size. Breakfast was amazing with many selections which change on a daily basis. Always new dishes to choose each day. Within 300m walking distance to long beach, one of the nicest of the island of Phu Quoc. Close to free busses 17 or 19 stop from/to the airport. Definitely recommended.

Proximity to the beach and a vibrant tourist area. And a large room.

There was very little that I can say that I liked about this property, if anything at all...

This is definitely an overpriced property for the level of services/quality they're offering. There's a massive issue of false advertising in place, that I called out to management and booking.com upon arrival. Tried cancelling my stay, but they refused upon grounds of non-refundable policy. Swimming pool is not in the same building, it's literally across the street, sound proofing that's advertised does not exist not even in a bit. The room was dirty with so much dust on the floor and dirty windows, and bloody bedsheets...Breakfast is served only til 9:30 and quality is abysmal, doesn't worth getting up for that. The price is at least triple of it's actual worth, so I strongly advise to avoid this hotel

The staff provided excellent service! The breakfast was very good and the pool was lovely. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach near the hotel is a bit rough,this didn't stop many from enjoying wave jumping. This was not for me, but the sunset views were phenomenal.

The first room we were given had a very strong damp smell that was unpleasant. We spoke to the receptionist and the staff was so nice and quick to accommodate us into a new room. We enjoyed our week stay in the new room. If you are not happy with the room, speak to the staff, and they will act quickly to find a solution! So overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Hotel 3* however service and breakfast 4*. Great choice!

Beautiful room and seaview. Breakfast is really so fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants located along the main road. It also has a short cut to the beach that's just 5mins walk away. Only disappointment is that they don't accept late check out for 2hrs even when my room is available and would charge 25% of the room rate.

We were upgraded..was thoroughly impressed by the clean linen, fresh towels, clean bathroom and most of all, the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good..changed every morning..Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended ? Surrounded by cafes and local food. Minutes walk to the beach

The hotel is very nice, and it has a great location about 200 m from the main street. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I booked a few tickets via the front desk to avoid queues at some attraction, very easy via WhatsApp, and pay later in the hotel. The prices are the same or some are a little bit less. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel. Overall I can only recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Big rooms, the beach ⛱️ nearby and calmly, swimming pool in the front, too many restaurants around. Good place to stay.

Advertise as having a sky bar, looks like it's been closed for years. No restaurant no bar., Staff not very helpful ?

Great swimming pool and location to beach. Quiet area but only short walk to Main Street with restaurants and bars. Very helpful staff at reception.

The sky bar was not open during our stay. If you are booking with a view to using this facility check before you book.
