    • I like the size of the resort and the facilities , it is surely an option that I will consider if future, however it is identical to Vinpearl Wonderwolrd Villa however priced as double the rate we paid in Vinpearl villas.
    • The staff and the pools
    • Location

    Cons -

    • I did not like the method of transportation within the resort, they use large golf cars. Not suitable for pregnant ladies or older people. This makes it very tiering experience specially if you have child stroller, etc
    • The property is ran down so bad, no paper towels or napkins, beds not comfortable, blinds couldn’t close all the way
    • The resort has a great location and looks nice on the surface, but the service quality does not match the brand name.Housekeeping was consistently poor. On two separate days, despite clear coordination and multiple calls, they confirmed they would come and simply did not show up.Even when informing them that the room would be vacant and ready for cleaning, there was no action or follow-up.More importantly, cleanliness was below acceptable standards, which is unacceptable for a resort of this category and price level.Promises without delivery, combined with poor cleanliness, significantly affected our stay. This reflects a clear gap between Melia’s brand standards and the actual service provided at this property.

Great staff and amazing beach. Breakfast had lots of variety.

Loved the private pool. The breakfast at the reception building is delicious with a large choice that content everyone in our family of 4. We love the bar IN the swimming pool and also the kids club on rainy days ?We have to salute the whole Melia team for their smiles and kindness that made our rainy stay a lot better ??

The rooms could use a little makeover, that’s why I am giving an 8 and not a 10.

    9DastanPosted on: 12-2-2025

They changed the breakfast time and didn’t inform the guests. The next day, I was told that on the very day of my check-in the beach access rules had changed, and one of the beaches was no longer available for guests with a breakfast-only package.

Right on the beach, it was nice to have a private pool. Easy shuttle to VinWonders which was why we decided to stay there for a night.

Very weird vibes, like you're not allowed to leave. Everything looked nice at first glance but up close not so much. The tuktuk system was confusing. Half the lights in our villa didn't work, which I'm sure they would have fixed but it was just two of us in a huge villa for one night so we just let it be. The TVs all automatically turned themselves on in the morning. The TV in the primary bedroom barely had any sound. Breakfast was not good. Very bright white lighting. Probably better for families, as i said we just stayed one night to go to Vinwonders.

The house is big and nice. The staff was excellent!

The house needed some repairs, the whole hotel felt like it was past its prime. The room service food was ok. They use a lot of plastic for everything. The pizza for room service was not good. Check-in was long. Needing tuck tuck everywhere instead of walking was tiring.

    7RichardPosted on: 11-14-2025

The beach was nice. Buggy transportation was really efficient to get around the property.

Villa was dated and you could see cracks on the wall and the paint was fading. The door was stuck for one of our bedroom villas and it took 45mins to fix. You could not purchase drinks or food at the Ibiza pool unless you had the all inclusive package. You cannot purchase items with a credit card or charge it to your room. Only the kids pool allow for food and beverage purchases. You have to pay everything upfront. It was very inconvenient to always have to bring cash or my credit card as I was not able to charge things to your room.

Awesome staff.Great service .Spacious resort and villa.Great location if you want to seek tranquility Great location if you want to visit vinworld and grand world.Free shuttle to the main attractions.Buggies are available on call even when the resort got full they were always there in less than 5 minutes.Miss Gem the front office manager I hope I remembered her name correctly was outstanding in her job.

Lizards in the villa Rats out of the villa near the pool area, but the staff sent a team of pest control immediately and don’t forget it’s surrounded by bushes and all so I can’t really blame them.Needs a better selection of food for international travelers but I only tried the buffet it has a wide selection you will find something to eat for sure. Breakfast is very good but lunch and dinner can do better. I didn’t try the other restaurants, I was informed that you could find better selection of food there

The Ibiza pool was great for the kids, close to the beach. The beach was very clean, the water was calm most of the time we were there, made it easy to lounge in. The breakfast was good, as long as the restaurant wasn't busy, then the breakfast fell apart.

There were so many things that this resort did not do well.It started off at check-in. We arrived at 15:00, waited in line to check-in, the whole process took way longer than it needed to. Everyone that was checking in was standing around not knowing what to do. Once I was given the keys, they told me to get a buggy that would take us to our villa. They didn't mention anything about the buggy system, that the resort was so big, you needed to get a buggy to take you to and from your villa to the restaurants, pools, etc. They didn't give you map, or explain which building breakfast was in, where anything was. When we got to our villa, they had obviously just sprayed it for pests, the smell was horrible! It gave everyone headaches, we had to stay outside. I phoned the lobby, explained that the smell was too bad, we would need to switch villas. They told me that they would look into it and get back to me, took my whatsapp number to contact me as I said I couldn't stay in the villa.I google mapped where the closest restaurant was to us, as they hadn't provided a map, and it was a short walk away. Had dinner, hadn't heard anything back from the front desk. I took a buggy from the restaurant to the front lobby, my family stayed at the restaurant which was connected to a pool and close to the beach. The lady at the lobby told me they found a new villa for us, but housekeeping needed to prepare it. Great, I asked how long that would take, she said 3 hours. It was already 18:00, i said that was unacceptable. She was able to hustle them along and we got into our new villa an hour later. Did a walk-through, smelled much better, the location was also actually better than the previous one. Went outside to look at the villa's pool, and it was filthy, and the filtration system was obviously not working. They had a worker come and clean it, but someone would need to work on the filtration system in the morning.

Hotel service was excellent, all the staff were helpful and friendly. They were very kind to upgrade our family to a larger villa and arrange a cake for our anniversary celebration. The breakfast and scale of amenities was great.

Location. It is 1 hour away from the main town, but next to all the Vinwonders parks. It's good if you have kids and are going to those attractions. But otherwise there is no other place to go nearby. Food at GrandWorld, Vinwonders, Safari are all so touristy and really quite bad. The whole place seems very artificial, though pretty. Like it is not authentic. We went out to the small town about 5 mins away and had a good meal by the water there. But otherwise there is nothing in the town to see/do unless you go to the main town an hour away.

    7VesselinPosted on: 9-18-2025

The size of the villa, the cleanliness of the beach, the staff at the vinpearl club.

The food quality was below average. The breakfast was super crowded and of subpar quality. There was only one restaurant available for lunch/dinner, the only other options were buffet or room service. No Vietnamese or Asian restaurant in the hotel is a puzzling choice. Checkout was not smooth. Facilities and pools were closed without notice. Nothing except other Vinpearl attractions within 40 min drive of the hotel.

The hotel is excellent and I really appreciate that halal food is available. However, I noticed that halal and non-halal meals are prepared with the same kitchen utensils, which is a concern for Muslim guests. If the hotel could provide separate clean utensils for halal dishes, it would be perfect. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Excellent breakfast options, outstanding customer service, a beautiful beach and a beautiful swimming pool made for an excellent stay! Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation for our group of 10. My only suggestion would be to allow up to 4 adults per room, as the villas feel too spacious for just 2 adults per room. Allowing more guests per villa room would make the experience even better.

Amazing beach with sundowners, beautiful ocean view from our villa, and a varied, high-quality breakfast to start the day.

Since it was a quieter period, some facilities were closed, but this didn’t really affect our overall experience

Our stay was exceptional. My most favorite part was the staff, who was always willing to make our stay unforgettable. The beaches are amazing. The sand under our feet and the beautiful water. The villa was awesome. We had our own private pool, and the bed and pillos were extremely comfortable. Thank you, Melia.I highly recommend Melia Vinpearl.

What was there not to like? Everything was wonderful ❤️

The whole stay was good. The beach, the villa itself, the swimming pool, the food, everything. The staff of LEVEL are really nice and friendly. Esme, stark and another two guys but unfortunately I forgot to take their names.

The kitchen is not equipped with any dishes, Spoons, forks, knives, not even cooking pots or pans. Usually tourists who is coming from other countries will not bring all of these items if they are coming to a villa with kitchen then they will need them.
