Everything

Beautiful pool and relaxing beach area. The suite we stayed on was beautifully designed and very spacious. The breakfast area is calm and relaxing

Very good breakfast but the best of the hotel was the staff! Vietnamese people are extremely polite and nice, we appreciated that a lot. The beach and the pool were great, very well curated. I must give extra points for the restaurants, the pizza at the "Il Muro" could easily compete with Italian restaurants in Italy and the pepper sauce at "Cyan"... I had to ask around to find the recipe.

This is a very small thing but worth mentioning as a suggestion more than a criticism. As we were on our honeymoon, we would have liked to see the typical honeymoon decorations when we arrived. Of course, I already knew that the hotel offers it against a fee so I wasn't extecting it. I would totally recommend to offer that service to newly married couples as a surprise, I can guarantee it will be worth the investment.

This resort is absolutely stunning and the staff go above and beyond to provide a superior experience. I was given a complimentary room upgrade to the garden villa, which was absolutely beautiful. The room smells amazing and is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is truly stellar with a huge spread that includes a variety of cuisines and tastes. The beach and pool have plenty of loungers and are pleasant for relaxing. One touch that I particularly enjoyed was was the small gifts that were left in the room with each evening's turn down service. This was such a relaxing stay, and I'm thankful for the wonderful staff who extended wonderful hospitality.

The staff were very friendly. Mr. Dang was extremely very helpful making all the arrangements for us to enjoy a comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable. The restaurants did a wonderful job.

The SPA treatments could be made more affordable. We could have spent a lot more time there. we were looking forward to this.

This property was absolutely stunning. The staff were amazing and the room was big and beautiful and so very comfortable. The pool was immaculate and the grounds were always being cleaned. The pool area was managed so well. There was always staff that were attending to your every want.

Very clean. Very friendly. Great breakfast. I couldn’t say a bad thing about it.

Layout, aesthetics, upkeep and maintenance.Welcome and check-in, the team general, specifically those at the pool area. Service is second to none, what a lovely group of people. The breakfast is great, quality of food at the pool restaurant was some of the best we had in Vietnam.Cooking class with Tai and Anh was great.Feels like a 5* experience at all times.

Leaving.

I loved the service, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time. The room was lovely, looked just like the pictures online. The sparkling breakfast had a great selection of vegetarian friendly foods and an amazing variety of fruits and vegetables. The hotel is well located, there are many spas, restaurants, and coffee shops close by. They also offer little activities to try out for free, which is nice.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t soundproof, it wasn’t a problem for most of the stay yet on our last night, there were people arguing in the hallway at 2 am and we were privy to their conversation. I was also disappointed with the breakfast box they gave us on the morning of our flight, as I had grown accustomed to their amazing breakfast only to be fed a cheese sandwich and two muffins, as a parting meal. Perhaps that’s on me for having such high expectations for a takeout breakfast but still, wish it had been better.

Outstanding Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! Our stay at this hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and stress-free. The hotel provided complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which made our departure incredibly convenient. The property is exceptionally clean and clearly maintained with care. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, ensuring that everything was spotless throughout our stay. Every evening, we received a thoughtful treat in our room — a lovely touch that made us feel welcome and appreciated. This hotel is very family-oriented, which made it perfect for us. Everything was well set up with no hassle at all — from check-in to daily routines. Breakfast was prepared for us each morning, which was not only delicious but also very convenient, especially when traveling with children.Another major plus is the VinBus stop located right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around the area.We highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and thoughtful place to stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely stunning resort! Impeccable service, luxurious rooms, and breathtaking views made our stay unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. From the serene spa to the delicious dining, everything exceeded expectations. A perfect escape—highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation and indulgence.

We like the breakfast a lot, service is very good, room is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. And thanks for the birthday cake!

Beakfasts. Service level. Cleanliness. Green area. Transfer.

We stayed in Salinda for 1 week and had amazing time. - Amazing staff, everyone very helpful, friendly and professional- Breakfast was delicious with many choices and fresh fruits, juices. - Hotel has very beautiful garden. All surroundings are very beautiful and well maintained- Pool was great, without chlorine. I am usually not a fan of pools because of chlorine, but this pool was really nice with innovative water cleaning system- Beach and pool are very close to each other, many sunbeds.- We tried Indian and Vietnamese restaurants in the hotel - both were great- Air-conditioning and wifi in the room worked very well

A lovely property with lots of gardens and facilities. The staff were excellent. The breakfast spread was of high quality.

Just a minor gripe...We stayed in a garden villa and found the garden not so private and the aircon struggled a little to keep room cool .

Beautiful landscaping and environment Very attentive pool staff Food a little overpriced Needs a separate pool/seating area for kids

It was the perfect place to relax, staff do helpful and always had a smile. Recommend places for us and was always on hand to help. The food was great, view amazing

Lack of hanging places for towels in bathroom.

I liked everything. It’s gorgeous, comfortable, good food, lovely pool and good access to the beach.
