Beachfront room, i saw the sea every morning, so beautiful.Amazing pool.The staff is super nice and friendly.More suitable for families.

While the hotel is beachfront, there is a long walk: going down is easy, but coming back uphill can be tiring.No lights in the street to come back at nightThe hotel is at the end of the road, so taxis sometimes stop before reaching the entrance.I noticed small red insects around the room and on the bed, which made me feel uncomfortable.The shower does not have a curtain, so the bathroom gets wet after showering.

I love everything here the staff was 11 out of 10 . I got a leg injury and they helped with everything .

Just that the road down was really narrow but thats the island .

Service was great, Location was awesome. Breakfast was brilliant, Pool was good too. Rooms were clean.

2nd time not disappointed again. Breakfast wide selection but 7-9hrs should be extended. More fans now so not too hot in morning. Nice soap dispensers in bathrooms now. Will come back. Booked my trip to Kampot Cambodia here cheaper than main road. 35$ door to door + visa fee

Comfortable beds, large room, big balcony.

We loved the entire place the bed was comfy it's just sandy ? you need to hire an electric car or grab if you want to go to city centre or you can walk 15-20minutes in the scorching heat ? we preferred to ride... It's a choice

Just the sandy bed.... But to sum up the entire place is very good... Plus good value for money

Everything, beach in front of the pool, beach restaurant and the proximity to main street stores are all an easy stroll.

Nothing all great

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the location is perfect, close to all the shops you need.

We observed that the drainage pipe discharges directly onto the beach, and there is rubbish surrounding it. Also, there is moulds in shower room and sink.

Breakfast. All too cold, except if you were there at the right time when eggs were cooked, and the soup. A lot of the cooked foods would have been nice if served hot. Undrinkable coffee, tastes like “instant coffee mix” strong and not good.

Great location. Right on the beach and close to many restaurants, bars and spas. Pool was nice and the room was very clean. Swimming in the ocean is great with a nice Sandy bottom and gradual incline so easy to get in and out of the water. Breakfast was included and was good although I would have preferred that some of the dishes were served warm (chicken fingers) rather than cold and that you could add things to the fresh made omelettes. Pho was very good. A quick 5 minute walk and you were on the main road with all the businesses both big and small. Nice and quiet at night for sleeping but easy access to pubs with live music nightly. Cheap place for snacks is the King Kong store on the main strip just a two minute walk once you hit the main road.

Seaview Balcony room ? great restaurant and walking distance to Main Street with many dining options. Bus 17 to explore area. Great pub Cheeky Traveller for cocktails and live music close by and hotel is directly on beach ?️

Breakfast was very poor. Only used once, they need to look at this as a lot of comments on this. Warm orange juice and fruit. Nothing that can't be sorted

Stayed here twice during our trip. Staff very helpful. Right on beach. Swimming pool lovely. Rooms spacious. Fridge cold

The breakfast let the property down. Wide variety of food but little care taken. Coffee left to get cold before put out. Eggs and pancakes cooked and let to go cold.

The location,its right down at the beachAround the corner is a little shop who makes good coffee,the owner is a very nice talkative lady.The hotel has moterbikes for rentRooms are good and spacious,love the shower.Trinty at the front desk is very helpfull if u need something and speak some english.

Its my 2nd time here and i liked it the first time better.They could do somethign better with the sunbeds, i mean getting to the beach at 8 am and seeing all the beds occupied already with towels while there is nobody there is not okay,also guests who not staying at the hotel use the pool and use the sunbeds while paying customers have no sunbeds to lay on and the pool is crowded with ppl who not even stay at the hotel.I stayed 10 days but i only used 3 days the inc breakfast option.Breakfast finish at 9am whic is too early if u ask me.The coffee is cold everyday even its on a plate to keep it warm.
