Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort

The location is good with nice pool and nice long beach. Food from street food section was excellent. Food was testy with good quality. Big thanks to Chef Mustafa Yagiz, Chef de Cuisine.

The room decor was very old and need to be update. The towels were old and could have been better quality

The breakfast buffet, the luxurious villa, the friendly and pleasant staff, the pool, the beach, most everything.

That I didn’t have more time and money available to stay longer

Beware of housemaids!!! We stayed in the family suite. The housemaid, who was unauthorized to enter the room, which had a do-not-disturb sign on the doorknob, robbed us. The security and management did nothing about this matter. They don't care or are remorseful about the safety of their customers.

It had a big pool. There was a DJ in the afternoon which was nice to listen to and have a drink on the veranda. The free shuttle bus to grand world was handy.

The pool itself was a bit outdated and needs some fixing. There wasn't much choice for lunch/dinner, so for dinner we always went out to grand world. The room was big, but also quite outdated.They were organising a big event for NYE, because of this they closed half the pool (2 days before) for the stage and there were no sunbeds next to the pool on the day itself as they had put tables for the event instead.

Spacious villas. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is old and villas are not well maintained. Our first villa was noisy from the water system. They offered to move us to a different villa which did not have hot water in the shower, only the bath tub.

We stayed in a HUGE 3-bedroom villa, very comfortable to stay in with great beds, and nice bathrooms and sitting / dining area. AMAZING buffet breakfast, and very easy access to all the attractions via a free bus shuttle service.

The private pool was a bit of a waste - small, and cold. The villa we stayed in was a bit run down, as it looks like they're going through a gradual renovation.

Service, facilities, accommodating staff

The staff are all very friendly. The buffet breakfast offers a number of different types of food and offerings are rotated. We had 4 breakfasts there and each day the selection was diverse. I especially appreciate the vegetarian offering and the attentiveness of the staff members.We enjoyed dining at the Wok & Curry restaurant.

(1)I would suggest moving the concierge desk closer to the reception/check in area, so that guests is aware that the Tour Desk personnel are actually non-Sheraton employees. The Tour Desk staff members have very, very limited English and communicating with them could be frustrating.(2) There is no written information accompanying the various places of interest. A brief description would help both guests and staff members.

Great breakfast, great location right next to VinWonders park, close to beach, very good food at restaurants, a lot of indoor and outdoor space.

Some wear and tear on outdoor facilities. Convenience store on site very limited selection, mostly drinks. Pool area is no smoking but very lax, some people still smoking with no issue from security/ lifeguards.

Only bad experience with the chief at resturant whom make eggs and omelette , I asked her three times to do me a plain omelette but she find excuses not to serve meI complained at that time

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious & pretty clean but the hotel is not well maintained. Some peeling paint was on the carpet outside our room for our full stay

The town beside the hotel like a ghost town. The restaurant offerings etc are not good. We ventured out once then stayed at hotel & cut our stay short

One of the most luxurious hotels I’ve visited during my travels. The décor is stunning, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English well, which makes communication with guests much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything a visitor might need. Breakfast was good, and when we requested some Arabic dishes, the restaurant team gladly and warmly prepared them for us. Many thanks to the restaurant manager and all the staff for their hospitality and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near the Water Park and Venice, the hotel also offers free shuttle trips to and from these attractions approximately every hour. The beach sand is golden and very clean — just like in the photos, if not even more beautiful.

I tried to find something I didn’t like, but honestly, there was only one point — and it’s more of a general observation about hotels in Vietnam: there are no brochures or tourist guides in English to help visitors learn about the country and its attractions.

Lovely resort , We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa, which was very spacious and had a private swimming pool with stunning views.Lots of activities for the family and food options (including some halal options) which is great for muslim families.Extra points for proving a free shuttle to the nearest attractions including Vin wonders, Grand World and Safari and arranging transportation

The Villas need maintenance , furniture as well , wooden floors need to be changed , some areas got mold , AC was leaking in one of the rooms and we sighted a few cockroaches in the villa. Nonetheless, the team took care of all that immediately!

The condition of the rooms wasn't up to par. My villa smelled of moist; the kitchen and bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.
