Situated in a great location on the beach, not overcrowded. Close to shops, restaurants ect. and affordable. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options.

Quite clean peaceful and beautiful

Recepto was tard and poorly trained. We were initially assigned a room that faced into a roof. We were forced to pay more to get a ok room. Pool and property were unique for this area but I was insulted to find a laminated card that itemized 40 item and their price. Every item in the room was priced with the threat that if anything was missing it would be added to to the room charge. I have never seen this in my travels. I video taped the entire room to ensure we not get charged. Ironically there was a large cigarette bun in the chair upholstery when we arrived, the shower was small enough to fit in a motor home. Security lock did not work on our main door. We had a bad experywith a scooter rental that was arranged through the hotel. When asked to explain the contract the girl at reception walked away. The scooter had just enough fuel to get to a gas station where upon we added 80,000 don to fill the tank. Without any explanation of how that part of the rent plays out, they charged 150000 dong for the bike and then got stung for the fuel costs. Overall, a very mediocre experience. After 3 days we moved to the beautiful Ocean Grand Bay and spa. Same price but it’s a beautiful hotel. Sad experience at Anja. There was also graffiti on the resting wall at the beach?

Very close to the airport, the beach and the bus stop

A beautiful resort and truly a must-stay property. The beach is just a few steps away, and it’s been maintained wonderfully. Both the interiors and exteriors are tastefully designed, and the sunset views from the pool area are simply breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the biggest highlight was the complimentary airport pickup and drop—something not many resorts provide.

The breakfast buffet was quite average for Indian taste buds, and we even noticed a bug on the eggs. Unfortunately, the attendant didn’t seem very attentive when we pointed it out. If the breakfast experience improves, this would easily be a 10/10 property.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean with no smell. The atmosphere felt homely and quiet, which made the stay very relaxing.

The hot water in the shower was hard to operate and the water pressure was quite low.

We had whole cottage with private pool and right next to the sea! Everything was top notch, staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying there

This is a boutique hotel with nice small villas just on the beach. Beautiful and clean garden, small but comfortable swimming pool and cozy restaurant.

Breakfast was good, but not for vegans or vegetarians.

Cleaning services

Everything was perfect and clean, the surrounding was wonderful. We had some issues with the toilet and the door, but it was solved promptly. The hotel is a bit further from the city center but for us it was a big plus, relaxing without the crowd. Restaurants are available nearby still. The staff was taking care of us very well. Would definitely return any time.

The air-conditioning was not always the best but this was only a minor thing.

- There was an instance during the night of the International Women's Day when Russian guests (who consider this a very important holiday) got heavily drunk on their patio and were yelling loudly until 3 AM. The staff didn't do anything to correct their behaviour but it was impossible for us to sleep. We were offered another room in the morning upon our complaint, however we expected enforcement of quiet hours as is the proper custom in hotels, especially expected in this rather high level and expensive hotel, not change of room.- Some of the staff spoke highly accented English which was difficult to understand.

we loved staying here we did have the room with a private pool. the room was spacious, the service was exceptional. even packed us a breakfast to go the morning we left as we had a early flight

Very cute and calming coming from larger chain resorts . Had a few nice restraunts in the vicinity The Salinda was A1 and Dussit Princess pool area was stunning . Honestly I don’t have a lot of positive to say other than it was ok . They were helpful in getting us a cab into town .

The staff just can’t speak English. Trying to ask for something not on the menu Getting a fried egg , or asking if the dogs are looked after were met with a blank stare . If you. Want something and don’t speak Vietnamese don’t try to ask . They charged us for water we drank from the fridge but not for the same bottles left on the counter . If you want free water people drink warm bottles from counter . Don’t order the cheese pizza it is horrendous!! Restraunt was pretty much empty as there are better options next door . It is soooooooo run down , really let go , paint flaking , outdoor chairs falling apart , pool tables were just dirty , buildings need a good paint it looks untouched . Pool had bits in it - just didn’t feel clean -pool light was YUK ! Full of brown goop that had stained the light - change the light please staff . Pool tiles falling off everywhere . Breakfast was ok but don’t ask for anything else as they won’t understand you - I tried to cook my own fried egg as she just had no clue !!! Our room was very very dark - bed comfy but just a dark space . Sun beds all need a re vamp . Menu was pretty simple but the non understanding of basic English was hard . I know we are in another country and it’s not up to them to speak our language but in a resort it would be helpful . We asked if there was a room for us to use to have a shower and change after checking out of our room at 12 but leaving at 4 - ahhhh we had to use the restraunt toilet - no shower - nice flying 15 hours home after the pool and ocean with not having a shower - a room is needed for this purpose .Look the place had a more relaxing vibe than the Melia we were at but gee it needs some work to bring it up to great standard . It only had one restaurant and I noticed people went elsewhere as it just didn’t feel welcoming - I’d suggest the stunning Salinda next door or beautiful Thai at Dussit Princess . One man came up and asked for recommendations on where to eat if not there !
