Very friendly and helpful staff. Good people.

Set in the middle of a very noisy and crowded environment. Bed "creaked" and woke me when I turned over. Bathroom kind of tacked onto the back of the room and a breeding place for mosquitos. Various lights etc not working. No safety deposit box in room. General maintenance a bit lacking.

Decor and spacious units. Nice pool area and plenty water provided!

Issue with the aircon, it was addressed (while we were out) and we came back to the door to our bungalow wide open. Also quite rude female receptionist.

The place has a lot of potential but is poorly run. For the price you can get much better accommodation. + Nice aesthetics+ Pool+ Central location

Where to start... I had booked for 10 nights and when I arrived they said they didn't have a room for me because they had given it away. They tried to take me to a horrible hotel separate from all my other friends. After an hour of refusing to move to another place they magically had a room for me. The guy at reception smoked inside all day long so the reception stinks of smoke. The first 3 days the water went on and off. When I spoke to them they said it's because there isn't enough water for everyone. The bathroom floor flooded every time we showered and took hours for the water to go down.The rooms looked clean at first sight but we're actually quite dirty. They only cleaned in the obvious places but some areas were full of dust. I had to go get my own toilet paper every day. They only cleaned when requested and even then they seemed to be upset that I asked for it to be cleaned every 3 days. There is a lot of construction on either side of the place so you will be woken up with construction noises every morning.

The location is a very plus point. Near King Kong mart and in between 2 stops of the free bus services on the island. It’s right in the middle of the island so heading north or south are equally convenient. Although it’s located near the main road, it’s a quiet stay.

TV that is not working(didn’t affect me as I don’t watch). Got water for shower takes 3-5mins to be warm. One of the night there were totally no water supply to the room. Aircon was leaking on the 4th night I stayed.

Pleasant and nice bungalows close to the beach and city with many facilities nearby. Nice pool area and staff friendly and helping. Good value for money and location is superior. We reccommend

The bathroom was not that nice, the toilet was sometimes difficult to flush and smelly from bathroom sometimes aswell. Power went off one time not too bad.

This resort matched the photos, which made me very satisfied. The staff were polite and helpful. Although they don’t speak English very well, using Google Translate made communication easy. I hope their English skills improve in the future. The location is right in the city center, along the main road, and very close to the largest local store, King Kong Mart, which added to the convenience of our trip. I also appreciated that the staff cleaned the rooms daily and maintained the pool regularly.

The kitchen is in serious need of renovation, as the furniture was moldy and damaged, making it unsuitable for storing food. Additionally, the room we were initially given had a strong sewage odor, forcing us to request a room change.

Staff were great. Any small issues we had were addressed immediately. Our room was comfortable and we loved sitting on the porch. The location was not on the beach but the pool made up for it. There are tons of restaurants nearby and a big department and grocery store. Very good value for the money.

We were supposed to get a kitchen but the kitchen was nonexistent. Sink and bar fridge only. Nothing else. However the room we got had a good fridge.

The room was only attended to once during our 5 night stay, I asked the the cleaner's if they were attending our room, and they said no and then laughed.

Staff and cleanliness, the shower head, and other shower options does not work, water is very weak. The second day we showered with cold water.

The location is great...everything is near. Huge supermarket very close. Restaurants and bars are close. Massages are close.Book room with pool view. normal rooms are more boring.

Not clean room every day

The girl working the front was very nice and helped me with anything i asked. Lots of restaurants and shops around, walking distance to pretty much anything. Aircon was good.

The outside looked nice but the rooms were not very well maintained. Wood chipping off door frame, rust stains in the sink that were never scrubbed. Furniture was old and creaky. No hot water. Wifi was unreliable. Pool area was nice but pool itself had dirt clouds floating around. Also it is a very noisey neighborhood and rooms are not sound proof at all. Dogs barking, a person coughing, karaoke, motorbikes. We heard it all.

Location was good, it looked cozy (outside) and staff was friendly. It was quiet as well (if you are deeper inside in one of the buildings).The air conditioner is good (too good I would say, I got sick from that). There is a huge supermarket just next door, aphotheka across the street.

The first room (house) I had was in red bricks, it was dark inside, but I was like oh well.. I will manage. But what I did not manage was when I wanted to lay down between the sheets and the sheet was sooooo dirty.... Like literally, dirty. So I went to staff and I got another upgraded room, but since I had packed open all my stuff, it was pain in the ass to move. Anyway, the second, upgraded version had bigger windows and were great in that sense. But, it is still dirty. I mean, some simple tricks - wash or paint your walls once in a while and curtains. They were really really dirty and this affects a lot the overall feeling. The shower was a joke - the pressure was so low that yeah... It was a joke. They did not come to clean my room not even once within my 3 night stay. I had to ask for extra toilet paper because I ran out of it. The hair dryer did not work in my room, got that replaced.

comically bad- asked hotel prior to booking if there was hot plate and kitchen facilities- hotel said yes but there was nothing to cook with when I arrived. kitchen also had drywall dust all over it. had to ask for hot plate and utensils and for them to clean drywall dust. the hot plate they gave me didn’t work so I had to ask for another. they also didn’t give me any soap. then the kitchen sink had a leak in the pipe, which I asked them to fix… they fixed but left the wet towels I’d used to mop up the water on the floor and didn’t give me fresh towels. staff was lovely but not lovely enough to offer any discount for all the nuisances…

Location ideal for beach., bars and restaurants. Half hour slow walk to city centre

At booking.com said that it had 4 beds and it had 2, so two of us had to sleep in one bed. The staff seemed to try their best to try to find a larger room but all the available ones had just 2 beds. Therefore, it was fairly uncomfortable due to we were three male friends and one of them came from very far (The Americas) to visit and we had to sleep in the same bed.
