The place is nice and clean, good location, spesial thanks to the lady from reception)Hope the dog and the babys nearby are okay))We`ve been at the hotel with the touristic group and after trip to Cambodia decided to come back here) That was the right decision not to go to another hotel!Thank you and see you next year!

Breakfasts were sometimes good, sometimes there were actually eggs and soup only. But anyway it all was tasty)

Overbooked!!

Arrived at 11.30pm after a long day and night of travelling to find out that the resort didn't have my booking. Not entirely their fault after finding out more from another person there but didn't get much explanation from staff and they simply said "fully booked" when we stepped out of the taxi. Not very apologetic but I sympathise with the staff for having to deal with many people turning up to be sent away

Definitely not a good place to stayI booked the room 6 days ago & got approval.Arrived directly from air port at 22pm it's the 31th and the guy doesn't know english and he can't find my booking, calls his boss and she says sorry we are overbooked. You mean you gave my room to someone else? It's the night if new year's and no rooms available anywhere and you booked my room to someone else.Bad service, very disrespectful and i hope no one will ever come to your hotel.Shame on you

Huts are very dark. Close to city centre sand beach but not a place I recommend.

The location is great and all service request were taken care of. The bed was ok to Vietnam standard. The swimmingpool was good.

No towel replacement, the room was outdated and requires investment, the restaurant was closed, the hot water failed the last day (solution was to use the shower of another uncleaned room, we had a cockroach in the room which the staff took action on.

Huge room, pretty surroundings and helpful staff.

No soap in the bathroom and previous guest's empties were left on top of the shower.

Naturey, quaint environment

No food provided. Not answering the reception calls.

This hotel was defiantly value for money. We checked in for two nights after staying at a more expensive resort then deciding to lengthen our stay. The bed was comfy and the room clean. Location was perfect, next to a good burger restaurant and a ten minute walk to sunset beach.

Shower wasn't the best.
