Great family run bungalows at a super location near the beach and other amenities. The resort restaurant has a very good breakfast and good enough food that many patrons from surrounding lodging locations come there to eat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was an easy walk from the #17 free public airport shuttle bus stop.

The rooms weren't actually "beach front" but were an easy 3–4-minute walk to the nearest beach. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff are lovely and very caring. Our room was regularly attended to and very clean. We were happy with our stay. They also have a restaurant and were very accommodating to my food requirements, as I have Celiac's disease and have to be gluten free. We had a lovely stay here. It is within walking distance of many amenities within town and not hard to get anywhere from here.

It is down a quiet street, but a little hard for drivers to get it; however, you are close enough to the main road to just walk up to a coffee shop and arrange your pick up from here.

I loved the location, the spacious rooms, the family that runs it, how easy it is to rent a motorbike from them and that the hotel has everything from a restaurant, motorbike rental and shop to the independence you have coming and going without a lobby to pass through. If I go back to Phu Quoc, I will absolutely stay here again.

Another 10/10 for me. Family owned and run, great hospitality looked after everything. Had dinner and cocktails in the restaurant both nights, quality at a very reasonable price. Rent a scooter brand new bike at a great deal.

Nothing about the Hotel but the public beach was a bit dirty and run down

Exceptional place! Quiet and impeccably clean room with a really comfortable bed. I loved the glass windows and the outside coffee table with the plants. The WIFI was perfect as I managed to work from there without issuesThe staff went above and beyond by providing me with a table where I could work. They are always helpful when you need something.Then, there is the on-site restaurant with fresh fish every evening and the beach is just beyond the corner.I cannot recommend it enough!

We had a fabulous 4 night stay! Our room was private and comfortable, and it was impeccably clean. We loved the convenience of the on-site restaurant and the prices were very reasonable. The beach was a few minutes walk and the pool was a nice temperature. The staff greeted you each day like old friends. We hired a motorbike for the day - everything you need is right there!

Accommodation in a quieter Reception very helpful, bungalows adequately equipped. Rooms clean, bathroom spacious and fully functional. Breakfast is at the reception in the restaurant, where you can eat all day. Choice from the menu, and every evening they grill fish, just like in the surrounding restaurants. The air conditioning in the room is fully functional, quiet. The beds are comfortable and European length (I'm 190 cm tall without a problem). The sea and the beach are about 5 minutes walk away on a flat concrete street, past other apartments. The beach is nice, the sea is clean, and there are several restaurants on the beach.

Nothing we didn't like, we can only recommend it. The noisy guests from the "northern country" and their nature to poison everything around them, the accommodation (or the whole of VietNam) cannot. But it was bearable.... We take only nice experiences from our stay and greet the whole family that runs the accommodation.

The serene atmosphere .The water heater had an efficient way of heating water with the latest technology.The bathroom was big.Though the ac in the room looked tiny but had very efficient cooling.You can sit in the portico and enjoy your morning tea or coffee.The staff was very sincere.

Everything was fine

We loved the place. The location was perfect. The personal was very nice and they have a restaurant there as well. We were very happy with this choice.

Some of the services were quite expensive (laundry 40k comparing to 25k next door, later check out - 5 hours extra cost us more than half of the price per night).

The property is a family run business and everyone was very polite and it felt like being at home. Whenever we needed something, they were always eager to help, as for example when they arranged a private tour at the island (totally recommended). We also liked the proximity to the beach! After a long day of swimming and sunbathing, we could also relax by the pool with a cold coffee. Lastly, what we really enjoyed was dinner at the hotel restaurant, where we could eat every day grilled fresh fish and seafood.

The bungalow terrace and windows are right in front of the path where all the guest go through to their rooms. Easy to socialise when you're sitting outside your bungalow for a coffee or drink, but sometimes you might need more privacy.

All ground floor bungalows in an ambient garden setting. A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Clean sheets and a good night's sleep. The air con worked well, and two chairs and a table to sit on the porch. Popular restaurant and fresh bbq seafood in the evenings. Good choices for breakfast and fair prices if it's not included in your room rate. It is an easy 5 min walk for a swim in the beautiful ocean. Staff friendly and helpful.

By no means a lot of mosquitoes, but if you are not a fan of a pesky few buzzing round your ears when going to sleep it may pay to have a small can of repellent to clear the room before you retire for the night.

Fantastic service, 3 minutes to the beach, nice pool and very friendly staff

Very quiet. While not beach front, very beautiful with trees around, making one feel you were in a forest.

Pool is probably good for kids (although I never saw anyone in it) but not large enough for an adult to swim laps. Not a big problem for us.

Nice location, great restaurant on site which serves both vietnamese and western food, something for everyone. Helpful staff, the owners are very nice. 2 minutes off main street. And 4 minutes from beach.

Pool is very small with no loungers, just some chairs against a wall but considering the space they have done well to get a pool in. It's a nice refreshing dip after a day at the beach.
