Location is perfect for visiting the Sunset Town. The hotel is small and quiet, with views of the sea. But above all the staff is nice and caring, exceptional service and friendliness, always willing to help.We requested a floor mat because the shower floor was slippery and we didn’t want to fall. They didn’t have such a thing in the hotel, but after a few hours a brand new shower floor mat was delivered, purchased specifically for us. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere…

Great location. It is just adjacent to main sunsity cable station. Food is amazing.There staff however were very warm and welcoming. Make our stay very special. Thanks to the team.

Very strategic location, Walking distance to the Cable car station. Breakfast was pleasant, they kindly offered us vegetarian / halal friendly option. Bed and pillow was comfortable.

Toilet was clean, but the toilet floor is extremely slippery, trip and slip hazard. The drinking water bottle should be complimentary in my opinion.

We enjoyed our stay at Casepia. The staff was friendly. Location was good.

The receptionists of the hotel were really nice. Karol recommended us places to visit and communicated really well. The view from the rooms are absolutely stunning. Will definitely visit again!

Loved the stay and view and the food at the restaurant. Even the staff were so polite and welcoming and hospitable. Room was great as described. The food at the restaurant downstairs was amazing.

Good location to watch the nightly fireworks from the balcony. Also the splendid sunset from room window. The price is good. Hotel is simple.

Many staff in the hotel cannot understand English. One of the staff sells us a package for three island snorkelling, claiming similar to the package on Johns Tour brochure. The package only have 30 min for snorkelling but the other locations focusing on cheesy photo talking. Sunset town is ambitious, large area built as a clone to Italy town. Personally I think too many tourists trap. Don’t go to those restaurants opposite to the hotel. Even the high class Italian restaurant like Mare is so so.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, room was clean and new. Would be perfect if there was a ventilation in the toilet. The view was exceptional. The sunset town is not too big so everywhere is reachable by foot

We stayed here for 2 nights. We would like to give them 100/10. All staff were super helpful and attentive. They were so friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. The service with smiling is the thing that all customers look for. Qyn and Karol were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is quite new, about one and a half years. It is located in a very good corner , central to all activities. The decoration is lovely and beautiful. The view from the room overlooks the busy pier.Breakfast was simple and easy. Either you choose Western style or Vietnamese style Breakfast.Recommend this hotel if you are looking for a very hotel in Sunset Town.

Shower room , it needs floor separation for shower room and the toilet. Because when we had a shower, the water splashed out. Then the rest was fine with us.

Our hotel room is facing the sea with a magnificent view. We could watch the sunset and the fireworks everyday from our room balcony. It’s very clean n spacious. Quyen is excellent, she can speak English pretty well, we liaise with her for all our needs and enquiry and she never fail to impress us with her broad smile, good attitude and her knowledge on the information of the island (we rented a car and she advice us on the place to go, the bad road to avoid etc) Thanks Quyen.

I accidentally booked at twin room but the staff were very helpful and converted the bed to a double. The free breakfast was also very good quality and the view from the room was nice.

The view! At the southern part of Sunset town and can see the cable car going pass. The view of the sea and fishing boats and night fireworks are fantastic. The staffs were friendly.

Dirty! Even though this seems to be the common theme in Phu Quoc, this hotel was quite gross from stained bed sheets, sticky tables, stained sink walls, and mouldy & grimy shower corners. I did not feel at ease with the hygiene at this location. I did not want to loose my view or my time, so I didn't bother to ask for change of room.Location is a bit further, so expect 15-20 mins walk, but the upside is you’d get to enjoy the views of the town.The staffs seems friendly, but not genuine as they were friendly about up selling or asking for positive review. Their management needs to train them on other travel tips that does not involve the direct benefit to the hotel and bring customer service to 2025.

Great location, 5 mins walk to cable station &kiss bridge. Good view of fireworks and running cable car ( highest level)receptionists with good English level, breakfast good enough for the price.Overall a very good choice at the price range.

Hot water running out fast if filled up the bathtub.
