Coco Palm Beach Resort & Spa

Loved the lush, boutique setting. Very clean and beautiful room. Beach is gorgeous. Enjoyed the evening music and the sunsets. Large, comfy bed.

Food was ok, but plentiful at breakfast. They could rake the beach daily to pick up small pieces. Shower had ok pressure. They need to clean up the walkway right outside of the hotel.

Not much, the hotel is awful

Probably one of the worst hotels I ever stayef in. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, rats in the kitchen area, there was mould all over the room, the sheets smelled bad and both my partner and I got bites all over us. Avoid at all cost.

Awesome place to spend time with family. Beach resort with spacious rooms and greenery all around.

1. A bit far from attractions of Phu Quoc (You end up spending more for Grab if not renting vehicle). But best place if you just want to relax with family.2. Internet is slower

Amenities were fabulous! Step off porch and right onto beach. What more could you ask for? The water was warm and the beach was clean. Had breakfast by the opened air window and felt the ocean breeze. Excellent! Would do again!

We had a lovely 4 nights at the Coco Palm Beach Resort. The room was large and comfortable, and close to the beach! We stepped out of our door and onto the sand. The beach, depending on the direction of the wind, was either v dirty with lots of plastic and rubbish on it, OR it was spotless! And it was so lovely to sunbathe under the palm trees, and swim in the sea. Breakfasts are average. Not much choice - very limited. We went out to local restaurants every night- all easily accessible by walking, motorcycle or Grab cars. The staff ( reception staff especially) were friendly, professional and so helpful! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Hired a motorbike for the hotel ( good value) and explored the island.

Amazing place, friendly helpful staff, perfect location, clean beach. We loved being here and I would say it is the best resort you can get on the island value-for-money-wise. We stayed in two kinds of rooms - sea view and garden view - and both were great. The only thing that could be better was breakfast - it is rather asian-customers oriented: not so many healthy options, everything sweetened, noodles and soups, not so much fresh stuff or ham/cheese variety. However, we liked the choice of fruits and just brought our own yoghurt and oats.

Loved the gardens and the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bungalow’s were a good size and spacious. Breakfast was very good.

Thought the bathroom needed a thorough clean. Also some holes needed filling where they had made modifications.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. For a 3* hotel absolutely great and we travelled all over it. One of the best locations on the island. Very suitable for families with small children and for those looking for peace and quiet on a smaller beach.In walking distance a lot of restaurants and shops.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, air con was powerful, shower pressure good.The little beach area out front is really lovely, clean, great for swimming, sandy and calm and there were lots of sun loungers.The garden is stunning.There is a lovely little restaurant The Tree House about 3 minutes walk away and a few other restaurants/ bars and shops.

The bar and restaurant close promptly at 8pm so it’s deadly quiet after that time though the bar manager is very friendly and works incredibly hard it would have been nice to have a more leisurely dinner / a few drinks after that time.The lights along the beach are turned off shortly after 9pm.Everything is just a little tired.The cleaning staff do not take away glasses or wash the tea and coffee cups.Breakfast was repetitive, the staff unfriendly, no greeting and rather surly.

Superficial housekeeping in the rooms, very dusty, the bar and breakfast place is quite dirty, the breakfast itself is poor, the beach towels are very old and in holes, the beach is also dirty

Beautiful room, only one with a window to the ocean. The hand carved wooden ceiling, walls, furniture, ceiling fan... All beautiful! Great beach access, friendly staff, really an amazing location.

My only complaint is that directly outside my room was sa bright light the shades did nothing to mitigate. Every night the room was lit up be cause of this light, directly outside the window of the executive suite. Not that big of a problem, but the shades were a very thin plastic. You would expect the executive suite to have some blackout curtains or something.

We were looking for a resort to relax by the beach all day and this resort was exactly what we wanted! Great beach + sunchairs and towels, awesome breakfast and a great room! The garden was taken care of very nicly so it looked tropical!

Food is decent, menu is limited of interesting dishes, a bit pricey. Breakfast is relatively limited on choices and changes everyday.The bathroom does not function well as the shower is low, and does not have a separate shower room (right next to the toilet seat). You have to use the hair dryer in the mini bar (where there is a plug in)A bit hidden location and far from center where you cannot order grab for food delivery or car

The staff were amazing - always helpful and smiling! The grounds were beautiful manicured with gorgeous plants.

The property needs to be cleaned and polished. The wood work and tile floors were lovely but it looks a little run down. The beach chair cushions were stained and some were ripped

Amazing location and grounds. The beach is amazing with few rocks. The garden grounds are spectacular and the beds are comfortable.

The rooms vary some are pretty dark and could use renovation in the older bathrooms.

I can say I highly recommend this resort! My 4 night stay totally met my expectations and more! My room was excellent, bed was great, the resort gardens were like a southern Babylon, the beach in front is like a pool! And if you need anything else, just a few steps outside the resort you will find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The staff excellent!?I can't wait to go back there on my next vacation! ?
