Palo Santo Hotel Phu Quoc - Fireworks and Ocean View

Excellent staff very helpful

Everything was perfect

The location is great. It’s in the center of sunset town, close to the shuttle bus stop, cable car station and best place to see fireworks. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, he provided us with all necessary information, always available to help us out. He even gave us late checkout since the room was free for that day. There are electric tuktuks that take us everywhere in town for free from the hotel.

Near to firework scene. Easy to access by walk to sunset walking area. OWNER is very nice providing good service .

Smoking smelt was there when checking, found cigarettes at corridor. But owner do cleaning upon complain. Result is acceptable.

Family owned joint with a massage shop on the first floor. Absolutely wonderfully friendly staff and an incredible location with the view of the sea as well as close proximity to restaurants and shops.

the soundproofing was nonexistent due to the huge gap between the room door and the floor.

No balcony but views from window was amazing

Value of money, big room, nice hospitality.

Friendly family type hotel. Our room allows us to see the fireworks at 9.30pm clearly. Have free TukTuk to pick you up to have your breakfast in a restaurant - not having the breakfast in the hotel. Value of money, shortly speaking.

The host couple are very nice person and helpful. The location of the hotel is closed to most of the attractions and the view of the room is excellent.

The sound insulation of the door is not very good. It can clearly hear people talking in the hallway, or walking up and down the stairs.

The owners were really helpful, they had some great recommendations to explore the town. The hotel was really cute and clean and was perfectly located at a walkable distance to the show venue and other great spots.

Run by a helpfully friendly family. Centrally located but away from any noise. Worth upgrading to the sea view room for the nightly fireworks. Would definitely stay again.

The location was amazing. Very close to all the touristic places and photo worthy places. and the staff were very kind and helpful.

I had to ask to cleaning and the bed wasn’t made very well.

Affordable location with walkable distance to the attractions in Sunset Town. Found it a bonus that we could see the kissing bridge and fireworks clearly from the window. Also got friendly reception - he actively offered us help to call a car when we couldn’t get any over Grab.

There are some ants at the bathroom floor, perhaps better cleaning could be done.

Great host. We were upgrated to better room and that was very nice:) 10 out of 10 without doubt.

Breakfast was very simple.

Best hotel.. Near to go to cable car & Vui Fest & place to take nice picture ( such as Italy city vibes)

Small room

We had a family room that was spacious and very clean and all utilities worked and nothing was broken. The reception (Brian) was fluent in english and helped with all our queries also he organised our sightseeing trip and drive to the next accommodation.I definitely recommend staying at Palo Santo.

Great location and super friendly hosts, I felt very looked after from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I would happily book here again if I travel back to Phu Quoc.
