While the resort was comfortable near a nice beach with shuttle service, it was too isolated. Mandatory to rent scooter to explore the nearby areas . I would not stay there again due to the poor location.

Everything new and in good condition. Shuttle to and from Sao beach on demand.

The room was slightly on the small side.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their professionalism and warmth truly set this place apart. It was hands down the best service we've ever received. Also all the food was very delicious. Highly recommend!

The resort has a nice pool and lounges for laying pool side. The room was a good size. Easy to get down to the beach with the resort shuttle.

Some of the meals in the restaurant were quite average. The mattress was also very firm.

The pool is big, but everything seems fine until you dive in with goggles — it’s not as clean as you’d hope.Breakfast was sometimes à la carte, sometimes buffet-style, but with a very limited selection and mostly empty trays.The hot water only lasted for the first five minutes, then you’re left showering in cold water.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Very tranquil and peaceful.Staff excellent. Pleasant and helpful. We had a problem with our room and it was dealt with efficiently and promptly.Resort a little remote but taxi plentiful and cheap. Also shuttle bus available to beach

The resort is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Shuttle yo and from Sao beach is very practical. Many options for breakfast. Also a la carte for lunch and dinner. Many little stores around for more affordable snacks, juices and drinks. About 160000 vdn return trip to Sunset town. About the same to Khem beach.

Warmers need to be utilized for breakfast buffet. Bacon, pancakes, waffles, crepes all cold. This needs to be corrected.

No Indian food options available… and the location is far away from the city …. Indian food is a big problem there … and no public transportation

This is a gem of a hotel! Beautiful well landscaped ground with a peaceful and tranquil surrounding. Staff is incredibly kind and respectful. You are surrounded with nature and tranquility. The pool is 25 metres and is suitable for lap pool swimming. It is the first pool I have encountered in Vietnam with comfortable lukewarm water and not ice freezing cold water? No loud parties and drink disrespectful guest or noisy screaming kids, just peace and quiet. Gym has cold AC, front lobby bar serves ice cream and cold yummy coconut water inside the coconut. You get to eat the flesh as well! Shout out to Van at front desk who took 45 minutes to seal an open crack around glass door Order to prevent insects from getting in. Incredible nice person! Shuttle takes you to the gorgeous Sao beach anytime you request it. There is a highland’s coffee on the breach!

I had so many baby’s ants crawling everywhere in my room( perhaps because I kept fresh cut fruits in my fridge?) on my drinking cup, on my water container, on my towels, floors…They were even crawling all over me. AC in my room took so long to get cold. Fridge didn’t keep my water and drinks cold. Area is not walkable and very secluded. Very local area with markets on the main road but no decent grocery store or restaurants unless you eat on the property and I did not like their food options. Grab costs $30 both ways to go to townn and takes 30 min each way so you really need a car or scooter if you want to move around. I ran out of hot water quickly when I showered. It only lasted 5 minutes. Resort is peaceful but neighbouring karaoke places pumping loud music in the weekends.

Nice clean and modern accommodation. Swimming pool is massive and always warm, bed is comfy.

Very clean and lovely large room with outside bath. I used it to wash our clothes ? We were ok because we had a motorbike. The pool is fabulous. I used the running machine in the gym. Comfortable large bed and large tv which we plugged our fire stick in.

If you’ve not got a bike you’ll need taxis it seems all the theme parks. The beaches are full of trash

It was quiet which is what I wanted, the pool was amazing, fresh food, polite staff, room cleaned every day, bus shuttle to beach and back or you could walk to the shop too

Friendly & helpful Staff at Reception with good English during our 4 day's stay, the hotel is clean & well maintained. Free buggy service to & fro to beach.Location is peaceful & beautiful but a bit remote from restaurants & shops, however Grab is easily available for ride to nearby Sunset Town.Wifi & data roaming signals here are weak.Buffet Breakfast is OK, but A la carte meal needs improvement.
