We Young Apartments by HOFs - Fireworks & Ocean view

1. Great staff, friendly and respectful attitude2. Nice beautiful view, and you can even work from the balcony, because there are sockets which are quite convenient3. The room itself looks adorable, clean and fresh, with a big bed with a comfortable mattress, good TV, small but useful kitchen, laundry machine on the balcony, comfortable and spacious bathroom4. The gym is on the 2nd floor, the cool swimming pool is on the rooftop, I really liked it5. If you're a fan of Sunset Town then the location is also worth it: good-looking restaurants nearby, plenty of small shops, the main attractions are just 5 minutes walk

It's a pity I cannot give a 10 to this place, it really has a huge potential to be 10, but the downsides were too serious for me:1. Annoyingly slow internet, like really slow. Also it was disconnected several times, which was especially painful since I have to work and need a stable connection2. Safety concerns. Once a guy from the neighbor's door suddenly broke into our room and we discovered that the room's door code is the same for different doors and different guests. It shouldn't be the same for sure3. Fire alarm at 6AM, fire alarm at 11PM, fire alarm at the middle of the day. At some point I just stopped counting how many times we were bothered by it4. It's minor compared to previous points, but we were told that the room will be cleaned every 3 days, but it's not true, we have our room cleaned in 3 days, in 5 days, once even 7 days. I don't mind random-scheduled cleaning, but why giving promises then?

The view, cleanliness and the location.

We can’t be happier than this. Didn’t expect much for the apartment beside the view of fireworks for my kids. They really wow us with the room quite good space, everything is new and clean, beds n pillows are too comfy like 5* hotel. From the apartment we get to watch 2 shows of fireworks every nights, walking distance to cable cart. Buggy service just outside of the building are cheap. Huyen is manager of our apartment, she’s very kind, friendly, and helpful. We’ll love to come back to see Huyen and her apartments for our next holidays.

We stayed in these apartments for 2 nights and had a great experience.The apartments are new and very clean, with a small kitchen and a washing machine, which made our stay extra convenient.We chose this place mainly to visit the water park nearby — and it was absolutely fantastic! We also went to the Ocean Symphony show, which was truly impressive and unforgettable.There’s a rooftop pool with a great view — we even watched the fireworks from the roof, which was a real highlight.Two days were just perfect to enjoy both the water park and the show. Highly recommend for a short, eventful stay!

Superb view for the sunset n fireworks..the person in.charge responce fast wen we ask for extra blanket for the kids n also detergent, ya u heard it right cause there is washing machine available for us to use. There are 24h convenient shop down there. However the product there doesn't hv a price tag. We took buggy to nearby night market where they hv more choices of food. Overall it's is good 2 night stays for me n the kids.

It would be better if there is coffee / tea being served in the facilities. Not many restaurant nearby.

Welcome was a little unorganised with the greeter initially taking us to wrong apartment however this was quickly rectified and maybe just needs more guests to practice on!

Our room had a stunning sea view. You can watch the sunset-town water shows from the balcony. For asian circumstances the room had a luxury interior. The gym in the building is also good equipped.

The are only bad restaurants in the surrounding. It‘s hard to find a proper breakfast place. The rooftop pool looked dirty. You only get one towel. There are no further towels for the beach and so on.

New, clean and spacious apartment. The balcony had a beautiful view, we could admire the show and the fireworks. Good location for water park goers, close to the night market.The host was very nice and responsive.Please remember to take cash for payment - they don't accept card payments.

The location was unclear, it took us a while to find the apartment.We weren't instructed how to get to the swimming pool.Only one key card available which is a bit problematic travelling with a group of independent friends.

There are 3 properties (the sea, the sky, the hill) which we are not announced where we supposed to go in advance so a little bit confused at the first time.You need to pay the fee in cash (credit card is not acceptable)

Perfect stay! Loved every day I spent in Phu Quoc and in this accommodation. Perfect view from shows and firework. Perfect place to enjoy the sunset city.

Staff Efficiency, location, Unable to keep luggage

This apartment is fantastic! Being brand new, all the facilities are in excellent condition. The unlimited hot water in the shower was a definite plus, and having a washing machine on the balcony was incredibly convenient. Our room on the 7th floor offered breathtaking views – we could see the cable car, stunning sunsets, the Kiss Bridge show, the Kiss of the Sea performance, and even the fireworks right from our balcony! The rooftop pool was a highlight, boasting even more beautiful panoramic views. The added convenience of a supermarket on the third floor made our stay even better. We had a truly wonderful time and highly recommend this apartment!

My stay was in January so weather was perfect and location is middle of vibrant center but it was quite except fireworks. Market, restaurant all are near and room was clean and new

Only thing we can say about room is there is no electric socket near bed and table. So we charge our devices in the kitchen

Though the property had scenic views, the landlady asked for the full payment of 11,459,088 VND in advance and that too in cash

When we reached the property, we met a lady Huong who introduced herself as Manager ( we came to know later that she is the landlady ) . She asked for full payment in advance in cash and when we requested her saying that it’s against the policies of Booking .com and we should be made to talk to landlord , she told our taxi driver to put the luggage back in car and vanished from the scene. We were deserted , wandering around in a foreign country just because of whims and fancies of an individual. With constant request and persistence, the apartment got cleaned only once during our whole stay . Therein too , she ensured that the supplies of water , essential like soap and towels were not replenished

The pool water is too cold to enter in the evening, the dark environment is not comfortable, even though I bought toilet paper, they don't bring it to me.

Room was perfectly functional, felt safe and comfortable and the gym was useful.

The hotel was unfinished, staff were absent (front desk frequently unmanned). While the pool was a beautiful setting, it lacked any seating, had two sun beds (for the entire hotel building), and there was no bar or other anything else to keep you refreshed whilst up there.The main thing we didn’t like was the resort itself. The resort has been recently constructed in a faux-Italian/Greek style, containing little to do, other than overpriced bars and restaurants serving food consistently far below the standard we’d come to expect elsewhere in Vietnam. You weren’t even allowed to swim on the beach! If you come to the resort, don’t expect to see or experience anything authentically Vietnamese. Make sure you do your research before coming to the this resort!

We stayed here for 2 days, the experience was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, brand new furniture, very comfortable bed, beautiful view of fireworks. Our children were extremely excited to watch fireworks every night. The staff was enthusiastic, even though I asked them for information very early in the morning. Overall 10 points and I will definitely rent again on my next trip to Phu Quoc

the kidsplay room of the building tower is poor for kids.

The accommodations were fantastic—comfortable for family stay, modern and offering stunning ocean views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect and pleasant.The property also located quite near to Hon Thom Cable Car Station and just in front of a 24hours mart.
