Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Breakfast not bad.

This was my first time visiting Phu Quoc. At first I was shocked by cleanliness level, because bathroom sink and inside of drawers were dirty. They also don't have everyday room cleaning and changing towels service. But then I understood that this is just the way of Vietnamese villas. If you'd like daily care and service I recommend you to stay in 5 star hotels.

Location is not good there is no markets and restaurants. Restaurant food id bad.

Breakfast is terrible, sheets are dirty and super low quality, pillows are terrible, bathroom is terrible with half broken shower, cockroaches in the bathroom every day, location is bad, towels are dirty, mattress is uncomfortable. We were the only people staying there. Avoid

The resort and the cottages have so much potential, it's really a shame. The pool is absolutely lovely. The cottages are around the pool, but they are very basic and lack warmth. The family running the resort is incredibly kind, especially towards our children, and we really appreciate their hospitality.The villas were clean, and there were no issues with pests. Shampoo and soap were provided, which was great.Overall, this place could be amazing with some improvements.

We booked a villa with 2 bedrooms and a living room, but when we arrived, there wasn’t even a sofa in the living room. This became quite an issue, especially with two small children who wake up very early. The buffet breakfast was unfortunately not enjoyable, with fried eggs sitting on a plate for hours. However, we were served à la carte breakfast one morning, which was much tastier and more hygienic.I also never encountered such hard mattresses before! To be honest, when we first arrived, we almost considered leaving, but in the end, we managed to enjoy our stay. We did see other families leave right after check-in.Also, a rather unpleasant experience occurred when the young man at the reception blowed his nose into his hand and then wiped it on a parasol. That definitely didn't contribute to a sense of cleanliness.

Staffs are polite, pool is clean and very nice.

Language barrier is little hard but with google translate is okay.

A lovely resort where you can enjoy a large clean pool, peace and quiet. We (a family of five) were almost the only guests during our 10-day stay, so we received personal attention from the friendly staff members. For breakfast, we had a small buffet instead of a la carte, but with children, that was even a better option.

There are no larger shops or eateries within walking distance, so be prepared to drive or Grab to An Thoi or Duong Tong (approx 15 min). The closest night markets seem to be in the Sunset Town and Waterfront. For ice cream and instant noodles, the closest local shop (5 min walk) is probably enough.

Very slippery floor everywhere, especially when wet (next to the pool and the toilet). Sharp edges. We had an accident and they didn't have any first aid or understand what happened,

The staff here are excellent! The room was nice and comfy and super clean. The pool was fun to take a dip in. It’s a great location too. Its an easy Grab ride to either An Thôi or Duong Dong.

There is a very nice green space here, the staff is very cute and friendly. I like the swimming pool here with a nice bar next to the pool. The drinks are delicious, the food at the restaurant is also delicious. I will definitely come back next time.
