Good location. Easy to find.

Property rooms had several major issues. Big Cockroaches in room everyday. Air conditioning leaking water flooding the room. No water in taps for multiple hours.

The value is great and the size of the villa is spacious for 5x people. The villa is modernly built on GF. We had pleasant few meals using the dining table and kitchen. Room service is always quick responded from Rendy. Even though there were few days raining, the villa organised us umbrellas and buggy cars to suit our needs.

The extra bed was not comfortable enough, and not suitable to jam in the single room which was requested by ourselves though. If it is heavily raining, the buggy car will be delayed due to can't see properly from the villa to breakfast place.

The unit was recently remodeled. It was very professionally done, clean, and modern! Very nice 3 story, 3 bedroom villa. A lot of space for my family of 4.

The property was a 3 story villa. That is play but I have a 1 year old boy that kept wanting to climb the stairs. There was not a gate available, and it was not very clear in the booking.com advertisement that the unit was multi story. It just made it a little tricky for us with a baby. Also, we had the Wi-Fi internet gl put 3-4 times on our 5 day vacation, which was unfortunate because we didn’t have cell phone SIM cards either. It made it difficult to contact the reception people on WhatsApp for help and to send us a buggy to go to the beach at times. This cost us a bit of time on our vacation stuck at the unit for about 30mins to 1 hour.

However, the villas have a somewhat lonely vibe. You can take a buggy to the beach or the small mini mall, but there aren’t really any fun activities.

The villa was amazing, everything was perfect. The support staffs is enthusiastic and very professional. Especially HOANG ANH driver and LISA, they are always ready to help you, truly a valuable asset of the Resort. Highly recommend

Nothing to complaint

The villas were amazing. The staff was very warm and hospitable. Special mention to Lisa who looked after all our needs effortlessly.

The breakfast was a little put down in comparison to other hotels. Wish they have more variety of vegetarian English breakfast.

The stay was beautiful, with stunning beachfront views and clean, comfortable rooms. The morning buffet was delicious, offering a variety of fresh food. The property was well-maintained, with easy beach access and a peaceful atmosphere.

It was a wonderful stay, Lucas at the reception was very welcoming and approachable as well as Ryan, who helped us a lot for the things we needed for the villa. Will absolutely stay here again the next time we go to phu quoc.

Great resort, very nice villa and great service from the Butler Services that they offered. Hana was great all the time, to provide us with all the information we need to move around the island.

Their staffs are very helpful and friendly. Especially buggy service, they take good care of elderly and young kid. Thank you Desmond.

Villa was very nice, we were the first guests there!We got a free upgrade to the 4 bedroom villa with the private pool. Still paid for the extra person.Breakfasts are so good, big variaty of food, main fishes were different everyday. There is very nice mart right in front of our villa, its very convenient if you stay with your family, so you can have fresh exotic fruits everyday Butler team was super helpful and helped us arrange a buggy every day since the location was quite far from breakfast and beach! They always responded to us fast.We enjoyed our stay at TR apart and will definitely recommend it to our friends

Since accommodation is quite new you can feel the smell of construction and some doors and walls were still dustyAlso location was quite far from beach, but it's not a big deal cuz hotel offer free buggy service to go to the nearest locations and bring you backToo many floors, we had 3-floor-villa, and after staying there for 4 days i realized how tired i am going up and down every time to the 3rd floor We saw lizard in our villa one time, that scared my wife to the death, but I guess those are everythere you go. You should stay on water villa to avoid them

The villa overall is great, very fresh and new. The operational team has been excellent too, I would like to thank Quoc , Viet , Tung , Duy , Jay for making our stay exceptional. Quoc has been the most helpful along the stay, being able to assist our needs and arrangements. The villa location is good too, convenient to get along and pretty quiet, even though it is still some construction going nearby. The breakfast was decent too, we were delighted to receive a BBQ grill to cook our own food during dinner time. Thanks for that!Housekeeping was kept at a good level and we are very satisfied with the cleaning provided.

There are several maintenance issues that we hope could get fixed:1. No mirror in one of the bedrooms on the third floor. None in the bathroom or bedroom, which makes it really uncomfortable. I guess you could at least place it near the desk area.2. Water pressure on the third floor is really weak and sometimes makes it challenging taking a shower in the evening. Hope you could have it fixed. 3. The noise from the technical room on the first floor is too loud. Add some noise cancelling to that area. My JBL Bluetooth speaker went missing on the villa after a few days of the stay and I don’t blame the villa staff for stealing, but have doubts that it might have been taken by the construction workers around the facility. In such situation it would be good to have some monitoring around the villa territory, since it is really easy to access for strangers. 4. I also think it would be good to add a safety box in the bedrooms, currently there is none. With many tourists bringing cash and valuable items and limited monitoring, it makes it really easy to steal. 5. The drop-off service was late almost half an hour, not a big problem for us, but hope you could avoid it in the future. If the guests booked for 9:30, the car should be standing by at least since 9:25.

My family and I booked a stay at TR Apart Villas, a new resort, because we found the design to be charming and wanted to experience it. The villa room was beautiful, everything was new, the restaurant area was not yet ready when I arrived, the resort made up for it by offering us a buffet breakfast at Andochine restaurant. We also got to share the pool and beach with Andochine. Since the resort is new, there aren’t many plants yet, but the staff were friendly and there was a butler service, which was different from other places I’ve stayed at in Phu Quoc. I will definitely come back.

Would highly recommend this villa! It was soooo spacious and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming! Would absolutely come back again!
