The bungalows were so cute and right on the beach, just 2 minutes walk to the resort and you're there. The breakfast was sooo yummy love the fresh fruit and pancakes. Can't wait to return.

The only thing keeping me from giving this a ten was the fact that the front desk people just weren't friendly or helpful. The restaurant staff were all nice though! And I wish the beach bar had been open but I understand it's rainy/low season.

The location at the beach was fantastic, the park was very well taken care off, rooms were comfortable and the bed was nice. The breakfast was great as well!

The food in the beachbar was discusting. There were a lot of mosquito's in the room.

Disappointing stay

The laundry cost was way higher than what the staff has conveyed. They missed my breakfast order. It is one of the unpleasant stay that I had. The safe was also not working.

They don’t have phones in room if u want to call the restaurant or any other service we need . I was there with an 8 month old n 6 year old. I will have to walk all around the hotel to get food n restaurant staff was rude I send my 6 year old to order some mango for her . But they did not give her the food n told her she needs to bring her mom. To sign the damn bill!!! They could have came to the room to get it signed!

Central location to all things, water parks, snorkelling, and very intimate private beach with lots of shade, and the kids could get around independently. It felt very relaxed and safe. Also, no upwelling!! Staff was helpfulIf you approached them, but weren’t pushy. Breakfast was great value as well with lots of options of both eastern and western style.Location was private, yet had access to things with a 300m walk up the street

Lots of mosquitoes! Due to the ambience and greenery.Restaurant on the beach was overly priced, not tasty, and had mediocre staff at the beach restaurantz beach restaurant staff had very little interest in serving, accommodating and showed no imitative in making us feel welcome.

The setting is really nice, on the beach with the pool and all that is real so it could be a top notch property.

Breakfast: the omlet & pancake lady is upset all the time, it is really not a pleasure to go ask for her to prepare something for you. I can understand she might be having a problem or smth but i am on vacation and everybody in vietnam was smiling, i really want to keep this image in my mind.The room: i did not choose the basic room but a better one according to their info. If two people go inside with their luggage and all you have on a vacation you barely have space to navigate through everything in the room. The mosquitoes: i also been to 5 more vietnam hotels on this trip and nowhere i was food for mosquitoes as here.. the windows and doors do not completely shut but they keep 1-2 cm of space where all the insects come into your room. Also on the property zero anti insect / mosquito measures are taken. I could not relax even in the daytime under the palm trees.Lack of personel beach & pool area: zero staff, everything random looking bad and you have to do everything yourself. Ruins the experience completely. Cherry on top: as a genius member i had one of the reservation benefits 10% off food & drinks which they refused to apply at checkout even when i handed them their own voucher which they themselves gave me on checkin. I also showed them in the booking dot com app. Nothing changed. I did not want to write this review at first because i thought it is their business and they live off of it but they really must improve a lot of stuff and you really must choose knowing what you expecting.I am a well seasoned traveler on all continents except Antarctica :-)

The bungalows are situated in a really beautiful garden. Breakfast (buffet) is very good, pool is overlooking the sea and the beach is kept clean (and if there is a strong wind blowing plastic from the sea on the beach during the day, you’ll find baskets on the beach to throw it away.

It was wellPositioned and had a fantastic pool and beach . Good value for money . Restaurant served lovely meals

Many mosquitoes were in the room, and there was no hot water.

The beach restaurant did not open until 11amYou needed to go and order food from the restaurant and then go and collect it , would have been great if staff could bring it (often did not appear to be busy) The mattresses were not on sunbeds and you had to get them from the big piles under plastic coversThe curtains in the room were heavy and in order to have privacy needed to be kept closed, which made the room dark. It would be good to have thinner curtains underneath that are more transparent so the light can come through but the room is private, particularly the terrace sliding doors.

Lovely, 10 mins from the airport although you would never know this. Beautifully lush and tropical and well maintained. Great beach front. Quiet too - hardly any kids. Just grown ups enjoying the peace and quiet and the view. Super beach front. And the breakfasts were super good - something for everyone

Nothing really.

It was in the most perfect location, by the beach and walking distance to numerous restaurants and cafes. The room was so comfortable and we enjoyed having outside space to relax in the evening.

As expected there were mosquitos so just come prepared

Really nicely laid out, nice pool and sunbed area just off the beach.Nice breakfast, 15 mins from the airport by cab. Restaurant /bar was very good prices often cheaper than the restaurants on the road side and much more cleaner, with a beautiful view.My only dislike was the bathroom door never had a lock and the garden style bathroom was not secure, some bungalows were barred which is ott just need a hook lock on the sliding door on the bedroom side, really easy to fix this problem and keep you feeling little more secure.Overall this is a really lovely little resort.

The service and food was incredible. Especially Jerry (Phuong) was super nice and he made our trip so much better. He was so sweet and helpful all the time! The location was great, it had a beautiful private beach with an amazing view. We couldn’t be happier.

Make sure to bring/buy mosquito repellent since the mosquitoes are insane :(

The resort is floral and colourful, giving it a very tropical and relaxing atmosphere. It is mostly quiet, and even at the beach it is a peaceful place to relax.Some of the food at the beachside restaurant is very good, and some is average at best. But still a big improvement from my last stay a few years ago.The staff were very friendly, and I felt very welcome any time I interacted with them. The housekeeping team were very respectful and understanding and would leave towels outside if you didn't want to be disturbed.My room unfortunately was right next to where staff work (maybe live?), and I was extremely disappointed to have my sleep disturbed both mornings of my stay, with loud maintenance work starting at 6:45am! Hammering, and grinding within 10m of the bungalow I stayed in.

Best location, beautiful beach, dream view, very clean.
