Very welcoming staff had a great stay here.

Bigger coffee cups and temperature of food not hot.

We arrived late but all our needs were properly attended, they came to explain how safety box works in the room and gave attention to all details Breakfast just perfect fit for all from asian to european choices. Lovely clean beach in front, pool also clean and u dont see crowd as hotel doesnt have too many rooms, but spacious.Also in the beach u will manage to find sun bed any time as the policy is that people cant just reserve the seat u need to actually be there.Rooms are clean and nicely designed you will find all essentials and extras also like a beach bag.Also location 20 min walk to night market and to yhe other side 20 min u will find KingKongSpecial tribute to staff they are very attentive and always ready to help.

Location, location, location. Close to shopping and food yet set back from the street proving for a blissful stay. The other aspect the truly importers is the friendliness of all staff, not just the odd smile but true desire to help

The property is rather old, but is being meticulously maintained. The one area that could use a spruce up would be the pool itself. Having said that, it was great to jump in between tanning sessions

Location was great, pool was ok but need some major work on it to be more inviting. Breakfast was ok but need to vary the noodles because it was the same each morning. Staff was great and the place nice and will definetly stay here again on a short stay next time.

The Wi-Fi was really bad and the TV should be changed to newer version of smart TV, needs an upgrade.

The pool is looking a little old and needs a major renovation

Good location beautiful big green garden, nice beach and pool area, good breakfast, free transfer to and from airport, nice staff. Free water on your demand. Restaurant prices are good and food is served nice. All was very good, We spend 6 days in Paradise.

Beds are hard it is for those who like soft bed.

Room space, comfort of the bed and cleanliness were very good. Room close to the beach, good balcony. Breakfast was also good. Transportation is easy, close to night market and Airport. Staff is 5 Stars.

Some annoying mosquitos in last day of our stay. Internet was sometimes in the afternoon/evening poor, needed to go twice to reception and swimming pool to get access.

The hotel itself was lovely, a tropical paradise away from the bustling main road. The pool and beach were great and its location was also good.

No bathroom door. The air con wasn’t working in the first allocated room and wasn’t very effective in the second, probably due to the location of the unit. The hotel lacked atmosphere in the evenings as did the pool area. This we believe was due to the high prices of drinks and service charges. The swim up bar was always empty I’m sure for this reason. Bring down the prices and more customers will buy. Same with the bar area. We had a couple of snicker bars from the mini bar which we replaced but apparently these weren’t accepted as they didn’t have the hotel logo on them!!! We thought this was a little petty but I guess rules are rules.

Everything about it is beautiful location. Clean breakfast is fabulous staff are brilliant best place o have stayed in vietnam ?? i have been to hcmc hoi an da nang and this is the best hotel by far ?

The most beautiful hotel. Beach front, and still so serene. You are in a great central location for shops and restaurants and good bakeries, and still feel so peaceful by the sea! The staff were so friendly and attentive, the free airport pick up and drop off was amazing and so helpful. We loved the pool too, gym was well equipped and the breakfast spread was so good and diverse.

The swim up bar wasn’t in use, would have been nice to see (but it’s not summer season yet). We just wish we could have stayed longer!!

L'azure is a peaceful paradise with a beautiful beach on your doorstep. With staff that make your day with their smile and gentle way of making you feel welcome. The best staff we have had the pleasure meeting in all our time travelling the world.

Leaving

Lovely beach front location. We had amazing views of the sunset from our balcony. Good location and very close to the main town, but as it is set back from the main road it is lovely and quiet. The private beach is fantastic. We walked along the whole length of the beach and felt that L’Azure beach was so much nicer and more spacious than a lot of the other properties. We were so pleased we picked this hotel!

We loved it, the only criticisms would be that is the bed was too soft for our personal preference, and the shower in the gym was cold. We only used the gym shower after checkout, before heading to the airport so wasn’t really an issue but would’ve been nice to have a hot shower before our long flight.

The resort has a luxurious vibe, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. We liked our room very much and enjoyed staying on the beach watching sunset

It's not the hotel's fault, but when swimming in the sea we ended up in a pile of trash which was quite stinky and although we immediately left the water and had a shower, our skin felt itchy. It's maybe better to swim in the swimming pool, it's a shame that people use sea to dump trash.

Having been met at the airport by the complimentary hotel shuttle bus, we were quickly checked in an able to enjoy the facilities of the hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and only a short walk from any of the hotel facilities. We both were very happy with the food that the hotel provided and actually thought that it was far better than the local restaurants nearby. The drinks menu offered plenty of choices and the cocktails were delicious. We really enjoyed our time relaxing on the beach. The staff were accommodating and focussed on ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Lastly, the orientation of the hotel meant that the sunsets were amazing from the beach.

Although not particularly down to the hotel, there were points at which rubbish washed up on the beach. We felt the hotel staff could have been move attentive to this and collected the rubbish to ensure a more enjoyable experience for the guests. It also would have been nice to have toilets closer to the beach, particularly on the side of the beach near where the massage ladies are based.

The staff was amazing right from the get go, everyone had a smile with the best service.Location was incredible, nice easy private access to your own part of the beach with good service at the beach too.Clean and tidy. Also close to other food stores etc.
