Breakfast was good, the location is really nice and you can see the fireworks from the rooms.

It is right at Sunset Town which make it easy for travelers to move around and sunset town shuttle is free which is bonus for Tourists

Didn’t have much of sea view as it was surrounded by other buildings

We arrived early in the morning, hours before check-in, and the hotel kept our luggage while we enjoyed the day. When we returned in the evening the staff opened access to the roof deck so we could watch the fireworks from the Kiss of the Sea Show at 9:30pm. We left too early to enjoy breakfast. No disappointments with the room.

Far enough from the main attractions of sunset town that transportation was helpful, but close enough that getting a driver to accept us through the ride-share apps was repeatedly a challenge (many cancellations). We weren't there long enough to try to take advantage of the paid buggy (like a larger electric golf cart with more rows) service mentioned on a brochure at the front desk.

our room was ocean view. twin beds.. it was decent size. bathroom is okay and i did not like it. no window or exhaust fan. beds are comfy and saw fireworks from balcony. breakfast options are limited and decent taste. the hotel is little isolated to sunset town.. but good price and view. if you are ready to walk or spend on buggy, its good. these is a pho place just 2 mins down the slope, the best food we had in sunset town.

staff is never present. they don't care if you need anything or not, not attentive!. would rather be on their phone or smoke outside and look at people than offer to help you with luggage or anything. no phones to reach staff from room. they didn't even clean the room nicely during our stay. mostly under staffed!

Location was near the Sunworld and kiss bridge so less travelling, but this area looks like a ghost area and have very less people. Better to stay in duong dong and travel to this area for the day.

They offered free breakfast and then offered coffee which was very bad but they charged us for it. They never informed that coffee was not included in breakfast just cheating people without giving information.Food was worst, we left almost all the breakfast had to go somewhere else for it. Also, we had to tell them a day in advance on what we will eat the next day which doesnt make sense. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Good service mind, good price, location is not good enough but you can walk around to go to the other places.

Nice hotel with clean and well decorated rooms. There is a night market with restaurants and bars nearby.

The rooms need renovation, in each of the rooms we booked something was broken. There is construction on the roof from early morning and you will not be able to sleep well.

Value for money. The staff were very helpful giving us a lift with cases and a buggy into the centre. For this I was very thankful.Breakfast was ok and they would do something if we asked.

The location was 18 minutes walk and uphill from the theatre and square area of town. There is a resident dog and it woke us up 2 nights barking for an hour incessantly at 3 am. It would be nice to have boiled water and cups at breakfast for tea and coffee. We brought our kettle and cups down from the room

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Shower hot water temperature and volume is great. The location is very good, as it’s near night market and very easy to hail Grab.

Quite far from center on sunset town about 15min walk up-downhill. But you can pay for buggy around the area.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel close to the night market. Easy to get anywhere because the staff provides a buggy. The hotel provided all our requests. Suitable for bringing families on vacation. Recommended

Ok location. Quite close to the night-market (recommend by the way) in this crazy town. However we had heavy rain one night and the water just pored through a hole in the ceiling right down onto the tv, our bags and everything. The reception was not alarmed. The knew about this problem. So. We moved our bags and accepted the situation but it did not feel safe either the electrics. Besides that the hotel was alright. Breakfast good with preordered choices.

Excellent service from the hotel - very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Big thanks to Huy who helped us with the Tuktuk and luggage we forgot.Location is also perfect! We really enjoyed the sunset view and firework from the rooftop! Walking distance to the night market and attractions.Overall, everything deserves 11 out of 10! We would love to stay here again in our next visit to Phu Quoc!

My door was opened (I’m assuming by a member of staff) at 9am while I was asleep. As a young, solo, female traveler this was really scary as the hotel was empty and it made me feel very unsafe. They did not knock or apologise which is not acceptable.
