clean and tidy. receptionist very friendly with guest. most important is cheap

the free breakfast is actually makes it easier for us to have option. but for muslim, ermmm its quite hard to have legit halal option, so need to pick vege or seafood choice only. the room is spacious for two. have every convenient things provided, even the choice of snack and drinks (have to pay obv). spacious toilets yess.

the water heater. i had to shower with cold water on the morning and night. i guess the heater not heating the water much.

Location was great short walk or buggy ride to cable car. Staff very helpfully and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot, the staff was exceptional. Although they didn't speak English well and we didnt speak Vietnamese at all, we perfectly communicated via google translate :) They helped us to book a Safari tour, cable car ride. The location was perfect as we got to walk around the Sunset Town and see the fireworks every evening. The room was super clean and with a perfect view :) I want to thank the staff once again :)

We particularly enjoyed the location and also our 5th floor balcony room, which looked directly out to the bay and all the events occurring in the evening. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and was at a location a short walk from the hotel. Here too the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lift was very small and very slow.

Front desk was very helpful. I forgot my shirt in the room and they kept it one month, until I arranged for pick up by express delivery company.

Room was a bit simple but it is what you pay. For that money it is good value.

Nice modern hotel with attentive staff. Very good location with a great balcony view of the kissing bridge. My companion was jumping for joy when she saw the view.

The rooms are big and clean, the hotel staff is very nice. It is closed to the night market and the water front and there are many restaurants around.

The breakfast was in another hotel, which was a few minutes drive (taxi supplied by the hotel)

The location was great, the manager is fantastic, the inclusion of tickets to Sun World is amazing value for money.

The lift is small (we had 3 rooms booked).

I really suggested this hotel. The co worker very friendly.. thank you so much to Kim,Thu and owner hotel.. they very helpful.. can buy tiket safari also with them. The most i like FREE entrance cable car,aquatopia waterpark and kiss bridge . Here i share view from my room!!

The breakfast was VERY low budget. It is normally outside of the hotel in different restaurants. Drinks (coffee, tea etc.) are NOT INCLUDED and need to be paid for separately.Only the very cheapest item on the menu (45kD) can be selected.

Totally good value. The staff speaks good English. The hotel offer laundry(extra fee) and drying. Well cleaned facilities.

After showering the floor in the bathroom could be a little wet.

Spacious room, friendly host Linh that speaks English, very helpful, hotels provide buggy car and complimentary ride to Cable Car station. The view was great. I just love everything about Sunset Hotel and would recommend to others.

Amazing place! Really helpful staff. The room had an amazing view of kissing bridge and the fireworks. Perfect location between the fireworks and the market. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay there next time we are in An Thoi.

Lovely room with a beautiful view. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful room, spacious bathroom and super plush towels and bedding. The hosts were friendly and the surroundings are stunning, especially the beach that's only a minute walk from the hotel.

We enjoyed the clean and comfy room. The owner is welcoming and helpful via Booking/whatsapp. Nice view of the coast and Kiss bridge from the room on 5th floor.

Even though the facility seems spotless you never know what lives in the walls and pipes. On the first night we experienced an encounter with a cocroach, the reception staff supported with the change to the next room, however we had we had another encounter with cocroaches even in that room :D Staff were not able to speak english at all, so it was difficult to communicate... recommended to have some translator app on hand.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They even did our laundry and we got free water everyday. The hotel was very quiet and well equipped. Bed was also super comfy.
