Convenient location n Buffet is nice

Not beach front

I had a room with view towards the sea which was nice.The beds were comfortable.

It was about 900 meters from the beach but it wasn't possible to have a seat there. All the seats were for the hotels directly on the sea. It wasn't even possible to rent a seat. I think there are bungalows on the sea and they are cheaper. Also It was very hard to make the reception understand what I want even with the translator. But that's a general Phu Quoc problem, so charge your batteries and have the Google translate ready.

at least there is an elevator. the workers are nice. its a 15/20 minute walk to the night market

the hotel is located in side street. when you want to go to the beach or the night market, you need to walk down a hill and cross the street and stuff. did not feel so safe. rooms are small. it looked better online than irl.

The staff was nice and hotel is quite clean.

It says beachfront, but it’s not. You have to walk to the beach for 300m to arrive at the beginning of the beach. The nice beach comes after walking on the beach much longer. Additionally, the breakfast was not the best, but ok. It ends at 9:30am, which I think is pretty early. The staff is not (not even almost) fluent in English, which makes communication difficult at some times. I asked for things to do / beaches to go, but they were not really helpful (maybe also because they didn’t understood me). For that money, I expected a little bit more. Keep in mind: The hotel has no beachfront and no pool!

For a short trip okay but not for longer

I traveled for a short weekend trip and the hotel and the room was okay for that.Communication with the staff was quite difficult in English. I has organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel as I arrived late in the evening and provided my flight info. I had written confirmation of a pick up. When I arrived no one was there and it was impossible to communicate and find a solution via phone. Ended up taking a taxi.Showering in the morning was no problem but in the afternoon there was no warm water.Breakfast is definitely focused on Asian tourism and limited if you are looking for continental style. It was not a problem for me but might be interesting to know for other travelers.The rooms are not very soundproof. You hear lots of noise from the hallways (maybe I was unlucky with the family next door).

localisation is ok, close to the beach, night market, shops etc.

music and people woke up at 6 a.m. no respect to other guest, there are ants everywhere-in the room, on breakfast. breakfast was poor. staff don’t speak English

The staff was really helpful. They made it easy to rent a motorbike.

Sometimes some receptionists couldn't communicate in English. The manager should make sure all staff can speak English.

No lunch or dinner available. No coffee house on terrace

Very nice and new and cheap hotel in the town center, close to everything. Rooms are super clean and well furnished, the reception area is very well decorated in a typical Vietnamese modern style, and the coffee / bar on the rooftop is amazing with a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Thailand and the whole Phu Cuoc island. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money

Breakfast is not great and could be largely improved with better coffee / tea and more variety. Long Beach is 300 m down from the hotel but it is quite filthy and the sea full of garbage as we are close to the river’s mouth: you need to grab a taxi and go to other beaches on the island if you wait to swim or just spend some good time on the beach.

- I wish their breakfast would be more diverse.

central location near to beach, very nice double aspect room on 6th floor, fabulous views from rooftop restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was super helpful. They got us a motorbike to rent and cleaned the room every day. There is also a water station at the lobby so you can refill your bottles. The breakfast area and the rooftop cafe are also nice.
