They checked us in at the set time, which was really wonderful and saved our time thank you.The facilties and the breakfast were also so amazing, and tasty. The staff were nice and amazinf people thanks to them we found our missing motorcycle key, and were exceptioanly helpful. The location was also advantageous since there was a beautiful seaside view and also being ar heart of the city. THANK YOU SUNVIET we had a wonderful time

It was REALLY triple T, it was 10x labubu there were a couple things we didn't like was there was no beach and that the cleaners kept tidying the bed which was pretty annoying.

We came to this hotel again, because the first time I really liked the location and a very beautiful pool with a view of the sunset. Now next to the pool there is a bar with different types of drinks, it is very convenient. There are many bars, restaurants nearby, you can get there by taxi at any time, the hotel does not close at night.

The rooms are very old and need renovation. The cleaning consisted of just sweeping the floor, but it hasn't been washed in 5 days, judging by its condition.

Breakfast buffet, restaurant space are good and clean.

It was quite old. You can’t stay in my room without AC because the air in the room was so stuffy, also the room was on the sunny side. No access to the beach,concrete pathway

Pool area was lovely, and location very good, walkable into main town area and other way to night market.

Breakfast wasn't the best, never hot. Rooms were fairly nice, but balcony doors didn't shut properly, very noisy by the road area. Shower flooded the bathroom when in use, not sealed properly. Parts of the hotel needed alot of tlc, very tired looking. All in all I did enjoy my stay but better hotels on the strip.

Good location on long beach. Right on the beach so the sea view rooms have AMAZING views. The pool/ocean bar served great drinks for affordable prices. Motorbike available to rent from hotel and can book tours through the front desk (I did an all day snorkel tour with the cable car which was great!)

The hotel needs minor renovation. Balconies could be cleaned/painted and the embroidered pillows/runners should really be cleaned. Additionally, there are no restaurants at the hotel except the daily breakfast, so you can't sit and have lunch by the pool/ocean like the listing makes it appear that you can do. No sand beach in front of hotel, but a 5 minute walk south takes you to a sandy area.

Pictures look like the hotel has a beach front when in reality this is concrete. But very easy to go further down and swim at the beach in front of the other resorts. Wi-Fi was not stable and the showers were very simple. The service level in the reception varied a lot, hard to get help with booking tables at restaurants or calling tour providers.

The location is very good at the heart of the island. The pool is very nice with an amazing view. The bar at the pool makes it really convenient. Our room was spacious enough with amazing sea view

The shower had bad installation without a separate door for the shower section. It was not very easy to take a shower easily.

Property was not like in the photos and descriptions. Very dated. Ie, no furniture around the pool other than a few shabby or broken sun lounges. Pool lights broken and hanging into the pool (electrical cables). No bar facilities as advertised. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Beds very hard. Doors onto balcony not functional in two of the three rooms I booked. Has the potential to be fabulous but unfortunately missed the mark

it has a big size swimming pool with good depth. located by the sea. but instead of a beach it has concrete walkway with seating arrangements - nice to sit there in the evening. there are enough sunbeds in the pool area. breakfast is just ok. sea view room on level 2 and 3 has good view. only 10 minutes walk to nightmarket. staffs are cordial and helpful. there is an open terrace facing the sea with a great view. swimming pool bar has good drinks. quiet and peaceful. rooms have big balcony and room size is good.

its an old property. needs urgent renovation. room ac is weak. takes long to cool. room door locks also need to replace with modern ones. there are glasses to drink water but no cups for coffee. no gym sauna steam facility. only swimming pool.

Great location with town on one side and sandy beach on the other. Beautiful pool overlooking the sea and sunset. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Nice breakfasts with lots of options. Good value. Loved our time there and hope to be back one day!

The location was close to the night market. Food in the restaurant was fantastic and the friendly staff were very attentive to our needs.

Location was good. Rooms were a good size - we paid extra for the suite with jacuzzi bath.

The hotel is incredibly run down and dated. There wasn’t enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub leaving it luke warm at best. The air conditioning in the room leaked water all over the floor - reported to reception twice and all they did was put a towel under it. Outside area does have a pool, but no table service or even small touches to make it enjoyable. Huge ant infestation round the pool. The room itself was passably clean, although not spotless. The upper floor on the other hand was with dust along the banisters and fencing. Really about off when that’s what you see on the way to their ‘expensive’ rooms.Breakfast was basic. No bar in the hotel. No evening meals in the hotel. The whole place needs a good deep clean and renovation.

Amazing pool with great view(not only for sunset). Really good quality breakfast. Helpful and very kind people at reception. Great location. It is close to city but also at the start of Long Beach.

The location is nice with close walk to the night market. The pool in the back is big and nice. The staff is polite and welcoming

The hotel is mouldy and the rooms also. The hotel has seen is better days and everything is worn down and not taken care of. The breakfast is blend and small and not refilled so be there early. The backside has no beach it’s a dirty dock. The beach is far on the left side far from the hotel.

Good locastio, good value, good breakfast and staff

The property is on the beach, swimming pool was amazing and Room was one of the best I have stayed. Staff was very helpful. Staff made us comfortable. The view was amazing from the room and dining hall too. The location of hotel was near the main road so public transport was easily available. The main market was at walkable distance. We loved staying at this Hotel. Whenever we will go back I am sure we will stay there.

There is nothing to dislike as such. But WiFi was not working in the room. Phone was not working and Hot water was not coming in the shower, despite requesting multiple times. The hotel had very less option for vegeterians in the breakfast. We had only 1-2 items to eat and for non-vegeterians there were more than 7-8 dishesh. Property needs little renovation. However having said that we had amazing time and we could ignore above mentioned downsides/

The afternoon manager was really helpful help this upgrade our fridge.

Cleaning stuff was grumpy did it not clean the room when we asked them to and when they did it was cleaned like you would clean your house at home very poorly didn't empty the garbages sloppy didn't really clean the bathroom.Breakfast was okay there was no taste to the soup the fruit was mely not very fresh didn't replenish the trays when they were empty. We how to ask for Friday everyday and every day they couldn't make it fried egg at the restaurant. Room had damages to the headboard, floor was also damaged not fixed.We asked to have the bathroom door fixed. as it was very squeaky they did not repair it.There was no nightlight on the bedside when we asked to have a light put in they weren't able to put them as they did not have it in stockTV was blurry even though it was only local channels We were trying to hook up our laptop to watch the movies but the TV could not be changed blurry and old.When we asked to have the bed sheets and pillowcases changed to fresh ones they put on torn pillow cases that were damaged
