Great breakfast, great pool, nice bed, walk in shower. Clean.

No bikes for being a bit far.

The hotel location is near the city center but still away from the main road noise. The beach is very close to the hotel just about 4 mins walk. The property looks nice from the outside and the common areas are well maintained. The room we stayed was not so spacious, but it had a sea view with a balcony which was great to watch the sunset and the morning calm sea. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was very good, although there were limited vegetarian dish options. The hotel staff was very courteous and prompt in service. The rooftop swimming pool is just about good for its purpose and the bar area offers a nice view of the sea and the surrounding area. There are lots of Spas and food outlets near the hotel which are good to try. Overall a good stay experience.

The room interior looked older than what you see in the photos on their website. The interior and furniture needs renovation. The bathroom amenities are old and had leaks. There was no hot water in the taps/shower during our entire stay, which was a disappointment. Also, saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The in-room dining menu QR code leads to the website menu where the link does not work, so ordering from the restaurant for room service is a challenge. The hotel does not have a bell-boy service for handling the luggage and you need to lift it on your own to/from the taxi to your room.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with its stunning view.

The common areas need to be cleaned. We noticed beer cans scattered by the seating areas our entire stay

The room is spacious and offers free ride to the airport.

The Aircon in the room was not cold. Feedback to the receptionist however they mentioned they could not do anything because it was centralised. The stool that supposed to step to get into the bath tub was broken and after I feedback to them they were just removed it but never replaced with a new one.I have to sent my cloth to the receptionist for laundry service and they did not provide any plastic bags for me to pack before sent them. The laundry also not properly done as they put too much of softener and makes it very smelly. The collection point of the laundry also at the lobby instead sent it to my room. Breakfast menu was almost the same every day for my 6 days of stayed

This didn't impact our stay too much, but the only thing was that the pool wasn't very clean.

The property was very close to the beach (walking distance!) and not far from the main road where all the restaurants and shops are located. My room was spacious with a lovely sea view. Everything was exceptional!

If I had to be picky, I’d loved to seen a few more options of equipment at the gym as I used that facility a few times. Good cardio options though!

Extreme smoke from cigarates in bathroom. They have an air circle that leads smoke from other rooms to you. Really bad.

Newly renovated property, nice sea view, close to the main road with restaurants and bars.

Ideal location close to lots of restaurants, bars, eateries and of course the beach. A hotel receptionist was very helpful at organising a driver to take us to various highlights of the island.

The gym was located on a mezzanine floor above reception so was a bad location for those checking in

1. Excellent hotel with a great location. It's very close to the airport and right in the middle of the Island from where you can access both Vinwonders and The Cable car plus water park. 2. It's just a 2 min walk to the main road and the activity center. There are nice restaurants, massage parlours and King Kong supermart very close to the hotel. 3. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Rooms were clean and modern.

Nothing much to complain but if I have to really pick the areas of improvement then:1. The buffet is lavish but there is hardly anything for vegetarians or vegans. It is disappointing if out of 20-30 items laid out, you only get to eat bread and some fruits. One of their staff did went out of his way to get some veg dishes customised for us but the options were still very limited. I appreciate the gesture though. 2. Secondly (Its not a complain but a suggestion) On birthdays or special occasions a small complimentary cake would feel nice.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is conveniently close to numerous tourist attractions, including the beach, King Kong Market, and a variety of nearby restaurants, massage parlors, and shops—all within walking distance.

The least pleasing aspect of this hotel was the staff and cleaning service. While most of the staff were friendly and professional, the person who assisted me during check-in was impatient. She spoke English very quickly with a heavy accent, making it difficult for me to understand her. When I tried to clarify her instructions, she responded with impatience, which felt unprofessional.Additionally, the housekeeping service was subpar. The cleaning staff did not vacuum the floor, change the bedsheets, or replace the towels, leaving the room feeling inadequately cleaned.

The location is great. There’s no noise from the busy street but everything is within walking distance, including the shuttle bus. Our view from the room’s balcony over the sea was amazing. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and modern.

There was no sound proofing on the door that would have connected two different hotel rooms. On two nights, we happened to have a neighbour that loved singing in their room in the evening and we could hear every single note and word.

Walking distance to the beach and to nice restaurants. Pool on rooftop is a great space and has good views of the island. Extensive breakfast with lots to choose from.

Not a bad thing but seems family oriented, although we only notice this at breakfast as there were many families with kids.

Beautiful spacious room with everything you need . Comfy bed with crispy clean linen. Most comfortable toilet seat ever. Staff spoke good English and very friendly . Within walking distance of beach , restaurants and large super market

Great location close to main town but not in the thick of it. Cheap motorbike hire and great spot to explore the island from. Staff were very helpful, great breakfast selection.

Everything about this hotel was great! Amazing staff, great size and clean room, beautiful views, great location and wonderful staff. Rooftop Pool was nice for a swim and also shows a great view. I will definitely stay here again. Very central location also.

The property is quite well furnished, modern

Some amenities are not fill enough such as handsoap in lobby’s washroom, conditioner in bathroom. But it’s fine in generally.
