The staff very unhelpful, pools dirty, open sewer close to restaurant while having breakfast, breakfast not catering for westerners and repetitive, no drinks menu, room not getting cleaned properly, no cushions for sun lounges we had to find our own,told we would get a free transfer to airport but had to pay, building site next door 7 days a week we got told, people working above restaurant at breakfast and carrying timber through, lack of english spoken by all staff, brilliant location ruined by hotel staff and facilities, asked for twin room git given a double,. I complained about some things but no response. Please do not waste your money on this place.This hotel is a 1 star at best, what a difference to the lahana hotel we stayed it was amazing.

Ad the Phu Quoc is the island of the Tourism destination but the staff of the hotel didn’t speak any English.

everything was so horrible. old same breakkfast everyday nothing to eat. no manager or supervisor. hotel room was smelly and disgusting. the building is full of ants (little animals).
Excellent location, close proximity to the town and the night market. The ocean view from the room is really gorgeous.
View from the room (Sea view) was exceptional. Also the pool on the roof and the one in front of the beach have wonderful views

Renting a seaview room. All other guests used balcony and sunbeds. So from 630am other guest intree our balcony and talked loudly. So no privacy and very noisy. Every day, this hotel is Only for local people. As they come in big groups.
I really had a good time, it’s the best place for relaxing and being away from noisy environments.

The receptionists are not professional, they need to improve on how to communicate and take care of customers. Except for a guy who shows me the room, he was friendly and helpful.
The staff was super and very helpful! Got upgraded room - spacious with wide large windows and amazing view. Two pools (1 with stunning sunset view) and beach are both nice and relaxing.
Hotel breakfast was boring, everyday the same and not much choice, but I guess it's due to covid time and not many guests / tourists there.
The resort has two excellent swimming pools, a private beach, very comfy beds, a tasty breakfast and is located near many restaurants and bars. You can also rent a moto for only 7 dollars. Hue, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind
The staff were very sweet and helpful. I received an upgrade and despite the disappoint I felt during my stay, the view of the sunset from the balcony was the best part of all.
The food at breakfast was not enjoyable and of a very poor quality. The construction starting at 7am every morning was not pleasant. The adjoining door between my room and the room next door was not sealed or sound proofed so I heard the family next door,shouting and their crying/screaming children at 12am and 3am as if they were in my room. There is alot of construction around the location. The beauty seen in the pictures is not the experience at all.
