No entertainment at all comparing to the north hotels where they are having programs all day

This hotel has a great location right on Khem Beach, and the service was good. The beach is beautiful and perfect for relaxing

getting to my room required a long walk, and the room itself wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was okay, but it could be improved by adding more international options

Located on a beautiful beach with standup paddle boards and kayaks free to hire. The number and size of pools is the biggest we ever had at any accomodation, so kids were easily kept busy. Huge breakfast selection.Across the hotel there are nice bun me and coffee kiosks where we stopped over for lunch.

I am not sure if we got an unfortunate room selection or there is a general issue with the aircon system. But our room was way too humid. The humidity meter was showing over 80%. When we turned off the aircon the whole room was steamed up. This is systemic problem as the smell of mould in the room was quite overpowering. This was by far the most expensive room we stayed at in Vietnam out of 5 hotels, which made it the most disappointing. So we ended up staying only one night.I think I read the place has 5,500 rooms. So, breakfast place feels like a shopping mal a bit. Very loud and busy even though we visited in the offseason. I suspect in busy season it would be much worse. I guess it is a consequence of size,But just something to be mindful off of you prefer having a quiet breakfast.

Rooms are big and clean. Swimming pool is very good and big too. Free Shuttle but every 1 hour to downtown.

Cool layout, cool free tickets to see show

Didn't offer shuttle ride to or from airport. We bought a vinpearl booking and they offered it. My Vietnamese friends complained that 4 million a night and not offering free shuttle is not good. The breakfast on the go was terrible. It was frozen bread and some fruit, I was expecting some cooked and meat at least.

It's a huge property and probably the largest pool in Phu quóc, that said it's great for groups and families.

If you want the bungalow style by the beach, this is not the hotel for you.

Great pools and loungers, easy walk to beach. Nice view, comfortable beds, appreciated the double decker shuttle bus to Sunset town and tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show. Staff responsive to our needs to help book attractions tickets, grounds well-kept

The residences have many activities and places, we enjoyed our week in a villa, it was like home, so comfy and clean, we enjoyed the beach it is wonderful views, also the restaurant is really good, the breakfast buffet you can find what ever you want different tips different food cutler.The place is big and you must visit ether you are family or friends or just for your self because it will fits you anyway.

I hoped that the reception can help more with trips and suggestions

It has been renovated and is a bit noisy. For those who want to relax on the beach it is a bit noisy. I think the work will be quick.

It is right by the beach, a lot of swimmming pools.

You have to pay for extra water

Big spacious room, with great view, large pool was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Fabulous spread for breakfast. Clean, calm, amazing beach, great for paddle boarding and young kids.

Apartment had kitchenette but did not provide any utensils or cutlery. Furniture was slightly worn down. Food in the restaurant was rather expensive.The block near the beach was under construction and the noise was very very loud and disrupts the peace of the beach. Will be fine once that is done.

The reception team is very thoughtful and supportive, they helped me store my breastmilk and dry ice so many times during the day. Thank you guys so much! The room is great for family stay, resort is kid friendly, breakfast was excellent ever single day!

Big and lots to do if you have kids

Huge, loud and jarring.Not suitable at all for a couple on a relaxing holiday

Everything was simply great. Great breakfast, extensive pool area with a nice foam party on Friday, excellent beach area, staff was great, and all-round great facilities. There is a free shuttle bus to go to Sun Island and Kiss bridge and nearby a strip of beach with great restaurants in 5 mins walking distance.

Nothing of sort.

The swimming pool is very big. They separate kids and adult. The meal from the restaurant is tasty.

The swimming pool contain too much chlorine. The swimming suit became very yellow.

The property was huge , everything was neat and clean , the pool was awesome…

The breakfast was awesome….but it was the same everyday….could have been different each day

The beach which on a daily basis was littered with rubbish and sharp dangerous objects that continuously rolls in with the tide.
