Fantastic staff, great breakfast, wonderful pool, great rooms with comfy beds and great laundry service

Wifi could be improved, it was okay but could stand improvement

The staff are super accommodating and friendly. The restaurant serves a good breakfast and the location is great. Easy to take a Grab to other restaurants, hotels or the beach. They offer free amenities such as bikes and a shuttle to the beach.

I would strongly suggest not to book this accommodation. The only positive aspect is the staff. They are genuinely kind, polite, and trying to be helpful, which is the main reason this review is not rated even lower.Another minor positive is the appearance of the courtyard when viewed from afar or in photos

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was very disappointing. The hotel feels completely worn down and poorly maintained, and its current state does not match either the photos or the overall rating shown on the platform. Both create expectations that are far from the reality upon arrival.The room and bathroom were not as shown in the listing photos, which suggest a much better-maintained accommodation. In reality, the room had mold stains on the walls, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The chair had black stains caused by ingrained dirt, not normal wear. In the sleeping area, there was a visible hole in the ceiling, raising concerns about basic maintenance.Bathroom issues were particularly problematic.The main overhead shower does not work. Hot water is available only via a solar-heated system, and the water pressure is extremely low. There is no warm or hot water at the bathroom sink. The toilet was leaking directly onto the floor. There is no glass on windows in the bathroom, only a very old net with holes, which appeared unhygienic and unsuitable.Breakfast was very basic and below expectations. Fruit and salad on the buffet were covered with a loose net that did not fully protect the food, and they were often covered with fruit flies, again raising hygiene concerns.The location is also a downside. The accommodation is on the outskirts of a small town on Phu Quoc, far from the main areas with better beaches, nightlife, and restaurants, making it inconvenient for guests who want to eat out or enjoy the island.

Comfortable and clean! It’s more tucked away - so very quiet and serene. Surrounded by lush garden and forest. Fun pool in the middle. The breakfast was great as well.

House keeping a little lax Hot water issues

I loved that we were immersed in nature. Felt very secluded at the same time it was easy to get to the night market and a few local restaurants and beaches around the corner.

Nothing bothered me except for the mosquitos at night while I was in the pool. One got me on my bald head. Lol

Our stay was very pleasant. Nice, very interesting surroundings like in jungle, mainly in the evening ?delicious breakfast, very kind staff. And also hotel’s pool. We enjoyed it! Thank you! ☺️

Nice pool, friendly staff, needs a bit of maintenance

Anh great man. And the lady at the bar so nice. Pool has too much chlorine which makes it somewhat unpleasant. But easy fixable. Room was nice and bed was soft. Anh and the restaurant lady made my stay great. See you next time Anh!

A beautiful resort located in a peaceful setting. Stunning garden, pool, and bar. The food is absolutely delicious. The bungalows offer breathtaking sea views. The massage by the sea is simply amazing – a must-try! Highly recommend this place and sending my best regards to the entire team!

Very nice hotel, in quite area. With rental bikes, nice clean swimming pool. Food was good. You can also do money exchange in reception. What it's very convenient, cash is a King in Vietnam. Clean towels ams fresh water every day. Hot water

I give it my loundry to wash. And comeback rolled like buritto. All t shirts was wrinkles +we did recived extra men's underwears what did not belong to us.But loundry service it's NOT PART OF HOTEL. It's another people who work with hotel.

A lovely stay in a well-equipped room with thoughtful details. The upgrade was a pleasant surprise and made me extend my visit. Nestled in the forest yet within walking distance of the beach, the location was perfect. While I’m not usually a pool person, I enjoyed relaxing by it with a book. The ambiance was serene, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was exceptionally friendly—especially Anh, who was always helpful and attentive. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return!

Great value and excellent pool and rooms spacious and have good facilities (fridge, hairdryer and kettle). Management very helpful and considerate and lovely staff.

Spacious rooms with large comfortable bed, desk & wardrobe. Lovely large pool, able to do lengths and pretend to exercise, with plenty of comfortable loungers & umbrellas.

Restaurant for dinner is okay but nothing special, but the breakfast options were great.

Fantastic place to stay for a few days, quality price is just wow! Huge room, lovely pool, good breakfest, rental scooter is a must but price is 6$/Day... My favorite place in the 3 weeks aorund vietnam :-)

They have lovely dogs, but young, so they "Shit" every where jajaja - Be careful not to find a surprise outside your room in the morning... :-)))

The pool was nice and big, the foliage is beautiful. The beds were comfy. The dogs were friendly! The staff were all nice. Prices were decent at the restaurant. The best rooms are the pool side garden view on second floor. Breakfast is very simple but includes Vietnamese soup, pancakes, toast, freshly cooked eggs and fruit.

There could be more privacy on the balcony in the garden view villas. Though not the fault of the hotel, one afternoon we were told there would be no electricity the next day from 8am-6pm which impacted breakfast, wifi, etc It would have been nice to have been compensated in some way for this inconvenience.
