Comfortable bed Good Breakfast

The breakfast buffet was perfect every day with amazing coffee, fresh fruit, and great noodles. The room was spacious, and you really get a good workout hiking up to it. The view from our room, located at the top of the hill, was also a nice reward, as it offered a glimpse of the sea in the distance. Also, the pool, pool table, and ping pong table kept my child entertained for hours. The wifi was good, and the AC was strong.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom did not have a proper screen on the window (also there wasn't any glass), so many bugs would come into the bathroom.

Great value for money in Phu Quoc. Location is quiet and slightly tucked away from the main road but still close to the beach , restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The pools are a big plus. Breakfast was good and tasty though not very varied. The rooms are bungalow type and are rustic, a bit basic and simple design but they were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are semi outdoor and some insects and little animals could be visible but they are manageable.

The reviews showed the resort as favorable, but the real truth was the resort needs lots of work. The chairs around the pool were broken, the umbrellas were a disgrace and the grounds were disgusting. Garbage everywhere and railings if leaned on would cause you to fall over. The breakfast was adequate and ladies cooking very friendly. Having said that we would not recommend this resort.

Away from the road, quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of food options within a short walk, including draft beer. The owners are very friendly and approachable. The pool is quite large, perfect to cool down in, but not very deep. The room was spacious, but it was overpriced for what it was. The main door had to be bolted to stay closed, the bathroom door was too stiff, and the bathroom is open to the elements. We did appreciate the washing line in the bathroom.

Excellent staff! The room is basic, but everything is functional.Location is fenomenal as You are disconnected from noise (we needed it after 5 days of Bangkok).If You rent a scooter (they have it in offer), the beach is on 2 minutes

Everything, especially staff and pool. Warm and welcoming people working at the resort, they seem like family and will make you feel like one. They helped us with everything we could possibly need, they provided us more then we asked for. Everything is very clean, and off all facility we loved pool the most, its the biggest pool i ever been at privately.

The setting was really nice, it was off the main strip and up a hill which was easy to walk to which also meant it was quiet. The rooms were a decent size and had a small fridge and kettle, air con and a fan. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was open air which we prefer so insects can come and go! It did have a roof! The pool was a fabulous addition, quite large and was cleaned every day plus the water was warm which was so pleasant to get into. We only booked 3 nights with the idea to book more but we had had enough of the busy strip so moved onto Ong Lang which is much more peaceful.

The place was in desperate need of a good clean and repair. It just looked quite shabby and things lying around everywhere. The bar, restaurant and pool area were quite untidy and a bit grubby if I’m honest. I don’t like complaining but just a full day of attention would transform this place. The coffee was always cold and we bought our own fresh milk from a shop and kept in their fridge as they only had condensed milk on offer. The breakfast was ok for the price we paid for the room but by day. 3 we skipped it alright

Staff were super friendly, great location away from the noise and the two pools are great. Great value for money. The cleaner was very proactive at making sure we had towels and water etc.

One of the umbrellas at the pool was broken and people tended to leave towels on loungers so it was hard to spend all day there. There was also lots of noise from the restaurant area so not the most relaxing in the day time.

The pool and the landscape are good. The staffs are helpful.

The up-keeping of the property.

This is basic accomodation at back packer level and was not for us. The room and pool were very clean and house keeping did a good job. No hot water for a shower and everything is a bit ramshackle. Villas are not separate it is motel style with a number of rooms in each villa. To me it was misrepresented on booking.com. We paid for 6 nights and forfeited 3 nights and left but would have left earlier but it was new years and no good accom could be located earlier.

Staff were so lovely, particularly the man on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay! The whole resort is lovely and the gardens are well maintained by the staff. Beds really comfy and really peaceful away from the main road. We got our laundry done and hired mopeds and all really great and easy.

Very bad experience with the property and manager. Working staff are very helpful and friendly.

There are lots of things, i visited this property with my 2 friends. starting up with, there were lots of insects in the room. Lizard everywhere in the room. Washroom are pathetic. I asked management to refund because i didn’t wanted to stay anymore but they didn’t refund. They changed our room but nothing changed. We had 3 separate rooms but we were sleeping in one room because of insects. I wanted to order food from restaurant outside, i asked them if they can allow me to call from the reception phone as i was not having local calling service, which they denied. I have to go out all the way walking late night to grab sone food. Overall very bad experience.

Finding the hotel may be difficult, but with an experienced driver, it's possible. The resort is well-integrated into its surroundings, providing a suitable ambience. As a lone traveller, I was provided with a generously sized room. However, the TV and fridge needed to be updated, and no channels or streaming services were available. Additionally, the refrigerator was not functioning. Nevertheless, this was not a significant issue as I could store my items in their fridge after purchasing them outside the resort (staff were happy to accommodate this). Although some updates may be necessary, the resort is still delightful and well-kept by the team. I would 100% rebook!

Beautiful bungalow, very private. Fabulous views best shower we've had in Asia. Loved the pool, so peaceful. Beautifully kept grounds and friendly helpful staff. 5*
