Well maintained property with attentive staff and private beach

The food was underwhelming. I would recommend eating off property near the night market or south of the island. Location was okay. I don’t mind remote but the property doesn’t have much amenities to keep you engaged. No gym or fitness center.

Few wastes in the sea during days with wind and swell but not a big deal.

We had a beach hut which was roomy and comfortable. Facilities great - pool and beach kept clean. Outside large bath wonderful! Delicious seafood bbq on the beach first night. Very relaxing.

Floor in the beach hut around the bed was very slippery like walking on ice - beware. Bed firm but comfortable enough. Spa very expensive and to be honest, I’ve had much better massages.

Food was very limited and not healthy, except for breakfast.Limited room, bed and small chair only. Nowhere to seat inside except for the bed.Lights. No night light.No good balanced light inside.If it rains and you will need to stay inside as it is too hot and humid to stay outside. It's not good. The light, the room. The room is only good for sleeping and then being outside ONLY.Water. We had to buy itlaian water as the local bottled water is not good.

The verandahs need better lighting after sunset as its too dark when sat out on an evening The bed whilst looking lovely was difficult to get out of due to the deep wood surround, which was quite slippery as highly polished The bathroom toiletry bottles again while looking lovely were difficult to use

We had a 5-night stay. The room was cool, large, and comfortable. It even had a nice porch to sit on.The staff were very friendly and responsive, especially through their digital butler service via WhatsApp.The restaurant food is tailored to US/Europe, but it has some Vietnamese dishes. The food is excellent.Pool and beach get cleaned daily. The beach sand is great, only small pebbles and some rocks at places.Ignore the 1 and 2 star reviews you read here. Those are Karen reviews.

This place is a solid 10/10! The impeccable service delivery is like no other. The staff here are totally committed to making your experience memorable by doing everything necessary. The food is amazing, the beach is great, the rooms are very comfortable and the location is quiet but not isolated.

We stayed for 10 blissful, deeply restorative nights in a gorgeous villa with a beautiful verandah (with sunken bath!) overlooking the exquisite sandy beach, surrounded by lush garden. Delicious breakfast (great selection) and dinner with local and Italian dishes. The best thing … the wonderful staff.

Wonderful facilities in a beautiful quiet beach in Ong Lang. The property had everything you need for entertainment. You can snorkel, SUP, kayak etc….

I wish they had a designated smoking area for guests. I don’t smoke and do not like the smell. If we ate outside on the patio sometimes there would be people beside us smoking after they finished eating.

Beach, breakfast and restaurant were all superb providing a unique experience.

Amazing setting, welcoming team. Food and special set-menu was decent. Happy hour cocktails were well priced albeit weak. Welcome from management was good - we arrived for Chinese new year so paid a serious premium

Not enough hot water for outside bath to be functional, inconsistent staff quality - some amazing and attentive other disinterested. Tax and service charge added to menu of food and drink so hard to work out real price.

Lovely location, nice beach, comfortable rooms, nice food, very good service. Digital butler on WhatsApp worked well. Nice boutique size, not too busy.

Windows did not fit well, insects can get into room. Resort is peaceful and quiet, but there are restaurants and bars nearby that played loud music at night.

The houses have two bedrooms that communicate if needed. But they are not well insulated and you can hear your neighbor.

We had a 2 x storey 2 x bedroom villa with our own pool which was wonderful. We loved the location. The private beach was wonderful along with the stunning swimming pool which was a great temperature. All the staff were extremely kind, helpful and very good.

The standard of food served let this resort down. The evening meals particularly were very disappointing so much so that we ended up eating out at a different restaurant for our last night and we were only there for 3 x nights.Also the air conditioning didn’t work very well, particularly upstairs in our villa which made it a bit uncomfortable at nights.

Everything. Staff were amazing, particularly the receptionist Trinh amongst the other ladies as well. The restaurant service was incredible especially Nha! She was amazing. And just overall the whole place was amazing! Thank you for the best stay!

Attractive Beach hotel with large swimming pool plus kayak/ paddle boarding /sailing / wind surfing. area. Sea depth good for learning these sports. Boat for snorkelling or fishing trips.Beautiful restaurant location out over the sea. Very good food . Lovely sunsets.Many trees and private location.Good selection of evening meals and breakfast. Staff were very helpful , moving sunbeds and umbrellas, getting drinks etc.Water stations to fill up your water bottle. The hotel provided aluminium water bottles for us to use plus slippers to walk around the resort.Lovely pool and shallow child’s area. The Manager chatted to all the guests to make sure everything was ok for them.

As a fairly elderly person , I found it difficult to get into the pool via the steps, without help. A hand rail would be safer. The main pool was very deep except for one end. The beds were very firm . I think we had a topper on but it was still firm. Some people would prefer this type of bed ?

Very nice boutique hotel, only 36 rooms if I am not mistaken, lots of privacy, very quiet and a remarkable good service. There are only villas, all very spacious and all really close to all the amenities (the beach or the restaurant). The beach is nice and well maintained , and it is possible to use all amenities like the kayaks, paddles or sailing boat. The sea was very clean when we were there, we really enjoyed it. Food is a mix between international and local, I liked it a lot, but I can understand people could have a different opinion. All staff were very friendly and kind. I would definitely return and of course recommend it
