Good property for the money. Clean and quiet, friendly staff.

I didn't like the location of the hotel and the standard room is very small and not comfortable to stay.

The service staff has a great attitude, gives travel advice, and has car rental services, which is very convenient.

The location was perfect for me, room was pretty spacious. Staff is very polite and helpful. Clean linen and towels.

I've chosen the MTown Hotel because of a friend's recommendation. That was the best hotel experience that I had. The location is quiet with perfect working AC which makes the room super comfy. The Beds are big and well prepared, very comfortable and enjoyable. The bathroom is such big! You have a hairdryer (which I haven't used) and fresh towels every day. You can rent a scooter for a normal price, the stuff will help you to organise your time on the island if you are new and don't know what to do. The restaurants are close to the hotel. The walk to the beach takes around five minutes. The market is around 400m from the hotel.

Far from downtown.However that make no problem for me to travel. Hotel provide reasonable price for airport transfer and day tour program.Hotel also locate not far from free shuttle busstop to grandworld,vin wonders and vin safari.

Amazing value for money, so you will forgive them a few shortcomings. The room was very nice and spatios with everything you'll need. Great beds. We appreciated four towels and four bottles of water every day were provided along with cleaning. You can have the bedding changed as well when you want. Great variety of seafood barbeque for good price just outside the hotel every night.

The wifi was not great with big gaps of loading. The area is mostly empty but not a complete ghost town like so many other newly built tourist cities around the island. You won't have many options for lunch and will definitely need a transport to anywhere other than nearest beach. The breakfast is basic with limited options but corresponds to the price. Some nights there are loud parties outside at the night market but the longest one ended 11 pm, so it's survivable. Unfortunately, the language situation is at the Phu Quoc average so you'll be competing for the one guy on shift who speaks some English for anything you need. A soft pillow option would be nice.

5 minute walk from a lovely beach. Apart from that imagine a deserted butlins resort. That's what it reminded me of. Ghost town. Not sure if it's the after effects of covid or just how it is in that area. Hotel hire mopeds which come in handy has your in the middle of knowhere really and away from all major placed and activities. Room very good size. Clean, comfy bed and pillows and helpful staff.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Nice spacious rooms.

The room smelled really badly, and made it almost unbearable to stay in the room. Neighbour was noisy, and walls very thin. The pillow was extremely hard. It’s difficult because the hotel was nice but it was just a lot of little negative things that adds up.

The room is spacious with comfortable big bed. Just few minutes walk to the good quality beach. Location itself is good, but be ready to hear caraoke at late evening.The staff is super friendly and helpful, some of them speak English.

Would be nice to have the soundproof rooms as you can hear everything that happens on the corridor and some guests can be loud.

Very nice place to stay in Phuquoc. Staff is very nice. Everytime we walked in we were greeted with smiles.Rooms are very spacious and very neat and comfortable.Would like to specifically call out Mr Tung who helped us and went way and beyond to ensure everything is taken care for us during our stay.Great place to stay.Highly recommended

The staff were friendly and very helpful, we were able to hire mopeds from the hotel.The bed was quite comfy and the daily room service to tody and swap towels was good.

Flys in the bathroom, everyday, it didn't matter what we did to try and expel them.The room doesn't look like the pictures. It was poorly decorated.The shower leaked into the bedroom leaving the bedroom floor very wet.The shower leaked outside the shower cubicle leaving the whole bathroom wet a slippy.The area of sonasea feels like a run down part of the Spanish coast from the 90s. In the evening its better but Covid has definitely caused issues here for the local businesses.
