    Pros +

    • The personal touch from friendly, helpful staff and the beautiful surroundings
    • Camia was so beautiful, it is totally worth it! The location is in a nice quiet area if you’re looking for that. Right next to the sea. Two beautiful pools one right next to the sea. The rooms were beautiful. Bathroom had a “jungle” shower which was super nice
    • Staff was very helpful and the beach pool is nice. The resort is peaceful and located nicely.

    Cons -

    • Too isolated. Nowhere outside of hotel within walking distance. Nil bicycle hire to even get you outside for a while
    • The resort is a bit run-down. Rooms and all facilities are not new at all. They could use a renovation. Outlets did not work properly and the bathrooms are old. Everything has been used a lot even the towels and beach bag or slippers.
    • The cleaning of the rooms could be improved. The shower area was beautiful yet the net above it allowed some insects and smells to sneak in. Otherwise, it was all perfect.

Very nice hotel with jungles and small beach. We lived in a villa which had big porch. All surroundings were very clean, breakfast was amazing. We loved infinity pool near the beach and the sunset that you can see every evening was wonderful!

Beautiful location and superb views. Well maintained gardens. Very kind and helpful staff. The buffet restaurant staff were very accommodative of our breakfast requests with a nice smile. The Camia Restaurant sitting area by the sea was fascinating!

The hotel was nice and spa was brilliant, however, on settling the bill on leaving, it transpired that whilst Apple Pay was possible to be used to settle the Spa bill the receptionist stated that I was unable to settle my hotel bill with Apple Pay and requested I hand him my physical card! The only time I have had to do this in the entire holiday. Upon arriving back to my home country I was confronted with erroneous charges on my credit card! After contacting the bank I was informed that the process of actually handing my card is the only possible way of the card being copied, cloned and it was most likely that this occurred in this instance. I would not wish this on any one visiting your resort and hopefully you will make the appropriate investigation into this matter to if other instances such as this have occurred. In particular why Apple Pay is not possible to be used to settle the hotel bill.

I’m genuinely impressed, this place delivers a full 5-star experience in every way. With every moment passing, you can feel how much thought has gone into every detail :)The service was exceptional: warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Every staff member I interacted with made me feel cared for, and nothing was ever too much to ask.The food was another highlight. From the restaurant serving breakfast to “Camia Restaurant”: Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs take pride in what they do.Their beach pool is just wow! You can stay the whole day in the water admiring the ocean right in front of you!Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations on all fronts. If you want luxury, comfort, and outstanding service, this is the place. I would absolutely stay again!

Our room was tucked away from the reception and breakfast area so nice and private. Our views were unhindered and of the pool and beach areas.

The walkways were slippery and it rain quite a lot. We were a long way from any tourist attractions

Beautiful property with lovely staff. We loved our time here for the week. Beautiful sunset dinners at the restaurant. Spa treatment was excellent. The exceptionally friendly staff including Katie and Lucy and Y at the restaurant among many others. I would definitely recommend.

    10MatthewPosted on: 10-10-2025

The team, the breakfast buffet, the restuarant, spa, room and views were fantastic, exceeded expectations. Lucy, who led the team, was very friendly and helpful, very nice team working there.

Got some bad weather but otherwise nothing, the beach at the hotel was not accessible due to bad weather, only available from Nov, but swum at beautiful beaches on north and east coast of island early october.

Beautiful property with two amazing pools and a great restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The kids’ playroom was a big plus, making it a perfect place for families to relax and enjoy.

The internet connection dropped off constantly, and there were some small ants in the bathroom.

    9RobertPosted on: 6-10-2025

Excellent property outside of the densely populated tourist area. Excellent staff both in terms of friendliness and professionalism. Two wonderful pools. Excellent breakfast with Vietnamese and Western options. Beautifully landscaped gardens with flowering plants throughout the property. Room and bed were both very comfortable.

Beach is very small. Wonderful pool right next to it to enjoy, but limited opportunity for swimming in the ocean from the hotel. Many restaurants fairly close by, but you will need a bicycle (provided by hotel), or rent a motorcycle locally (very cheap), or rely on Grab. Great restaurant also at the hotel, but more expensive than eating out.

‏Overall, a beautiful location with friendly staff, but some disappointments.‏

The resort is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room we were given on the first night was different from what we booked — it faced the garden instead of the ocean as advertised, and it was on the ground floor rather than the second floor. Additionally, there was ongoing maintenance work on some nearby villas, which caused noise and disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for in a resort stay.‎‏Later, we were moved to another location within the resort, but it was completely surrounded by trees and lacked the ocean view we had expected. We ended up paying more than what the actual experience was worth, especially considering the inconvenience caused by the construction noise and the room misplacement.‎‏Breakfast was decent, but not exceptional.

‏ The location is beautiful and the staff were polite

‏Our stay was far from what we expected — and frankly, we felt misled and overcharged. The room we booked was advertised as having an ocean view and being on the second floor. Instead, we were placed in a ground floor room facing the garden, nothing like the photos on the website.‏To make things worse, there was ongoing construction and maintenance work near the villas, creating constant noise and ruining any sense of relaxation. This was especially frustrating because we specifically chose this resort for a peaceful, quiet getaway.‏After raising our concerns, we were moved to a different unit, but it was completely enclosed by trees with no view at all — again, not what we paid for. The experience didn’t reflect the price at all; it felt like we were paying for a premium stay but received a downgraded and inconvenient one.‏Breakfast was average and did not make up for the disappointment. Overall, this stay left us feeling taken advantage of, and we would not recommend it unless they become more transparent and deliver what they advertise.

Secluded, quiet beautifully landscapes with a great breakfast

Selfishly would of liked to be closer to the beach front, our apartment was the furthest point away. Just a consequence of the roof type booked.
