Great Hotel! It is not far from the city enter and Nguyen Hien, the receptionist treated us in a very special and polite way. She was really kind and warm that we felt like in our country. Congrats to her.

Use of bikes, friendly staff, good varied breakfast, pool

Bikes are quite run down. Lock broke last day and my son had to carry the bike back

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the pool really nice. There is a nice breakfast every morning and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Depending on the type of room you take, they also offer a very nice afternoon tea. The free bike rentals were also truly appreciated!

The only “negative” point is that it is a little bit outside of the city center, but this really isn’t an issue: on the contrary, it can be reached within minutes and it offers more quietness.

The property was centrally located, it had a good Buffet breakfast, a pool, gym and spa onsite. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped book our transportation to Da Nang. They also have a tour desk onsite. They were very quick and responsive.

The beds were pretty firm.

It was so clean and the staff gave us fresh water everyday. The free bicycles were fantastic, the pool was so lovely and breakfast was great!

Very clean, spacious and welcoming.

The gym is so small it is pointless, it’s a bit of walk into the town which can be nice when you are fresh and a headache when tired after a long day.

Was close to everything, food, Old Town. Staff was really nice and accomodating. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Lovely friendly and attentive staff, fantastic breakfast selection, spacious rooms (35 metres squared), spacious bathroom with good shower, comfortable beds, aircon, very clean with great housekeeping service every day. In a quiet area a little out of the old town (15-20 min walk). The friendliness of the staff in particular really made our stay.

Room a little dated with low quality TV (broke on our stay and was replaced but replacement didn’t work well either!). Gym not really usable (one treadmill and one weights machine) but not an issue as there is a great gym across the road for just 50,000 VND casual visit. A but of a walk into town but we didn’t mind this at all. Drinks, massages, transfers and excursions were somewhat overpriced from the hotel concierge and we went elsewhere - if they had been a better price we would have used these services. Breakfast finishes at 9:30 every day which is quite early.

I loved my stay there. The hotel is very new with great facilities, delicious breakfast and very friendly super helpful sweet staff. Beds are huge, good sheets and pillows, amazing location but still in a quiet area. They have bicycles available which is perfect to go to the old town and explore the rice fields and countless cafes. The staff is amazing and they will help with anything you need ❤️I’m a very demanding person and for me it was 10/10 Super recommend and will definitely stay there again.
