Hotel staff was friendly. Free a rental bicycle. Great location.

No TV service (a big flat TV screen in a room but no free TV service, only Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc) Since I did not have accounts of those, I couldn't watch any TV.

Location is fantastic. Short walk just on edge of the Ancient Town. Friendly service with rooms clean & tidy. We had 2 rooms on level 3, 301 & 304.Room 301 - 2 x double bedsRoom 304 - 1 x double bed

Only minor itemsRoom 304 - Wifi drops out now & thenRoom 301 - Laundry room must be above. Some noise at night

Lyna's House was a great stay. My girlfriend ended up getting sick and had to stay in the hospital for a few days. The staff were incredibly accommodating in shifting me to an available room when I needed to suddenly extend my stay. They even let me use their motorbike to go see my girlfriend in the hospital. Truly wonderful people.

The host and staff are very kind and helpful. They offered me a free upgrade and were ready to help in any way. That said, the room and especially the kitchen and dining area could be a lot cleaner.

Very clean and well located place, a few minutes away from Hoi An city center. It is perfect for a couple days in Hoi An. Breakfast is delicious and prepared by lovely staff, who is always here to welcome and answer your inquiries. Free bikes to use very convenient.

If you like sunlight in the morning, you'll appreciate the gentle light, otherwise ask for a room with shades on the window. Also our room window could not open. Nevertheless , these minor drawbacks do not really matter when you take into account the staff kindness.

Sewer smell in the bathroom. Lack of responsiveness from owner of the place that didn't do anything and didn't care... This really made the experience terrible.

It’s only a few minutes walk to the riverfront but away from the crowd. Friendly staff. Free bikes for the guests. Nice roof terrace and good breakfast (incl in my room price)

I was on the third floor and I could hear people talking and playing music in the ground floor courtyard until 4 am. So not very soundproof

LOVED my stay. My room was perfect, the shower and water pressure was the best so far. Super quiet from all the noise and craziness. The rooftop is stunning (wish I had this back home). All the staff are so welcoming are make so much effort for you. Giving me fresh cold water after walking around in the heat. They also let you use the bikes for free. The food was delicious also, would recommend the bahn xeo.

The only this I could say is the wifi is a bit hit or miss. But so minor given everything else great about this place.

hosts are amazing, we have been travelling around vietnam for 2 weeks already, and changed so many places, so far the best comfortable bed and hosts.thank you again! strongly recommend.
