Little Riverside Hoi An . A Luxury Hotel & Spa

the staff was awesome. so friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, easy walk into the old town, lovely view of the river. The room was well furnished, clean and cool. We enjoyed the view of the river.

Nothing, it’s perfect

The hotel is ideally located on the river close but not directly in the old town of Hoi An. It is lovely decorated and the rooms overlooking the river have a stunning view. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of Asian and Western dishes and like everywhere in Vietnam, the coffee is excellent. The rooftop with its pool is a wonderful place to unwind and has an amazing view of the river and its surroundings. A special thanks to Amy who really takes care of the guests and makes the effort to memorize their names.

The location to the old town was perfect

The property is a little dated and could do with some maintenance. Also most of the food at breakfast was cold so we were glad you could order eggs.

Lovely place just outside of the old town. Staff was absolutely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, nice rooftop pool.

The entrance was a little hard to find, and Google Maps is not any help.

The staff were the most helpful and friendly I've had across many trips and hotels. Enthusiastic and eager to make my travels the best they could be. The room was also stunning, catching the sunset from the Little Town Suite will be a core memory of Vietnam travels. Not to mention the accessibility to both Memory Show and the Ancient Town. Would reccomend to everyone.

Great location .. close to the markets and old town. Very friendly and welcoming staff! Fantastic amenities. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Spa was wonderful.

Loved the place and the friendliness of the staff. Super nice restaurant with view to the river, very relaxing. Bath tub, shower, very spacious. Staff gave us lots of hints where to go and also shows at night (we saw the Bamboo Circus, awesome). The price I paid for their hotel to airporr was worth it, nice spacious SUV, and driver was waiting at exit of luggage with our names. Don't forget to ho to their little sister FIFO in Old Town Hoi Ann, my wife and I had a table on the second deck overlooking the street, loved it! Just 15 min walk to Old Town. Staff speaks english.

Amazing location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet but an easy stroll. Hotel was clean and well appointed.

Our second time at the beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are exceptional and look after you with fine detail. They provided me with gluten free, added a topper to the bed. They really do go the extra mile to provide a fantastic experience .

River facing, spacious room, and clean.Lovely little deck with chairs to watch the boats go by in the evening. Enjoyed using the complementary bicycles! Highly recommend! It’s a great location. It’s close enough to the action to walk, but you come home to a peaceful retreat setting.

The spa was disappointing. They didn’t seem as friendly or welcoming as other spas close by. They left the door open while we were changing. A bit disrespectful for privacy. The massage was average in the facial was rough. My right eye has an abrasion on it since the facial. I went to the pharmacy yesterday and they’re treating me for a bacterial infection. There are so many other options nearby. It’s unfortunate. They didn’t make this a better experience.

Everything was great

The location, hotel and amenities exceeded our expectations, unfortunately however we were there during the flood event and had to be evacuated to their sister hotel the Oasis The staff and management went beyond their duty to ensure we were all safe and looked after

Can’t really comment as generally confined to the hotel due to flooding and some of the facilities couldn’t be used -

A beautiful hotel and so clean. Staff were exceptional. The breakfast was by far the best I had in Vietnam. It was right on the river, close the old quarter but far enough away to have some peace. Nice rooftop pool

The rooms where really good. Breakfast as well. Shuttle to the beach too. Bikes to rent too.

Don’t expect it to be in the middle of the old town. It takes at least a 10-minutes walk.

Loved our stay at Little Riverside. Rooms were large with cool design - nice to have a shower and bathtub. Bfast on the river was lovely and swimming in rooftop pool was excellent! It was nice being within easy waking distance of old town but a bit removed from the crowds.

Basement spa was relaxing but a bit out of date.

Room was large and comfortable, the view of the River was excellent.Breakfast was plentiful and good standard.spa was excellent service
