Eco Lux Riverside Hotel & Spa

The hotel is located in the middle of a rice field, very rustic far from the bustling of Hoi An. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The breakfast could be more westernized.

Most everything is good. All the staff are nice and very friendly.

The breakfast can be improved. The owner is not friendly.

The staff were wonderful. Very attentive. Breakfast was good.

Just a little far from the old quarter and restaurants. However the 30 minute walk to the old quarter gave us some exercise!

Beautiful spacious rooms overlooking rice paddy field and gorgeous pool. The location is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but nice and close to get to by bike.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and good variety. Great location. Would definitely stay again

The shower was in the bath tub and there was a very large height to step into the bath. Wouldn't be suitable for someone older

The property is located about 10 mins away from the ancient town. It is quaint and tasteful. Rooms had most of the basic amenities we needed. Most of the staff were kind and well behaved. We had booked 3 rooms including a honeymoon suite. They all had balconies with a beautiful view of the river.

When we came back from the town in the evening we saw another group come by and they were offered welcome tea which we were never offered. That was okay. But the night manager offered a tea to my husband and he had about 20 cups of tea even after offering to their new guests. My husband happily asked our parents to have some as he was offered one. When my mother came to take one the night manager rudely refused. They were leaving for their room when I saw the manager muttering something under his breath and shrugging. It was extremely disrespectful. It seemed he was being partial to his guests and judging us. We refrained from booking any other services from the hotel because of this experience.I feel bad writing this because the other staff were extremely kind and accomodating.

Lily as the welcomer did a great job. It was next to the rice paddy which gave it a lovely outlook. Spa staff were very busy on their phones which tarnished a great stay.

Hotel very poor . Pool inside the hotel. We felt that all the reviews were done by politeness as staff was nice and kept asking if we rate hotel 10 out of 10 which is wrong ?

It’s very damp， The quilt is very wet，and the room smells musty.

Staff were welcoming and kind. I arrived drenched after 7 hours motorcycle journey in the rain. Breakfast was very good. Nice selection and good quality.

I chose the hotel because it had a bath, however there was no hot water, only lukewarm water warm. I asked the receptionist and the owner came and he claimed the lukewarm water was hot water. It was bizarre. I spent two days and there was no hot water during my stay.

There were not much vegan breakfast options available on day one but chef prepared something for our family the second day . Another thing was lack of bathrobes, but we were told it was because the hotel was full to it’s capacity
