Room booked weren't ready on arrival. Room "upgraded" to deluxe room was in fact a downgrade. (The bed was darn awful, could feel ever spring poking away.)This was due to room I booked, people staying an extra night. Very happy to move the next day to our room as this was what I booked and paid for. Bit naughty from the hotel.

Booked and accepted for 2adults and 2 children (12+13)in one room. Bedding was a queen bed and a single rollaway. Therefore 3 in the queen. Not ideal.

Everything was wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to come back!

Main issue: the beach in front of the hotel should be cleaned. The water is beautiful, so a cleaner beach would really add value. Other minor issues: the mosquitos in the room were a pain - despite using the repellent. Wish the hotel could do something about this.Food variety could be improved (eg. add Nutella, peanut butter, more jam flavours etc. to the breakfast buffet).

The staff in reception were friendly but professional. They got the balance right. The men who helped with the bags are fabulous and do a great job as ambassadors for the hotel. Cam on. The room was nice and had all the facilities described with a large comfy bed. The quality of the toiletries provided was exceptional. The pools were really lovely, too. We spent most of our time on the beach. They do rent the beach beds out to non residents, which we thought was a bit remiss because there are not many beds. We recommend walking to An Bang for your evening meals as the restaurants near to the hotel are very average and lack any soul. The hotel offers free bicycles, which was nice for half a day. We got a Grab to go and visit marble mountains early one day to avoid the crowds... that was a great trip. The gym is OK

Breakfast was OK. If I'm honest, the Western options were better prepared than the Vietnamese! This hasn't been the case at other hotels. We ordered bahn mi lunch one day, and it really wasn't good. Happy hour at the beach bar offers reasonable value. This isn't in An Bang itself. You need to be prepared to walk 15 minutes or so if that's where you want to eat.

The quaintness of the set up was lovely. Very chilled vibe with seriously attentive and helpful positive staff. Nothing was too much for them. Especially the reception staff including Loc, Hong, Nhian and Mai. The lovely security guy on the road was so sweet. It’s the prefect distance for the hustle with its own quiet beach. Also lived using the e well equipped gym each morning.

The mosquitos but that’s not the fault of the team here.

Not many choices for breakfast but it is still enough. Stunning view from room to the sea through a pin forest. Large balcony. It was greate to wake up in the morning and hear birds singing in sunshining. Sitting on tables on Beach bar gardern was wonderful. Bikes are available for use. Private beach with civilized customers

Furnitures in the room are abit old. The bathroom/ toillet door make a big noice when we close it. We can here the noice coming from the upper stair room when they use bathroom.

Good location. Nice beach. Cosy and clean rooms with everyday cleaning and fresh towels. Clean and big enough pool. Private terrace.

Slow staff at restaurant and bar. With poor English.

The room was comfortable although the king bed was two singles pushed together with an uncomfortable gap in the middle. We enjoyed having the shower separate from toilet, which has been rare in Vietnam. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food and drink services were not great - one of us got food poisoning from eating lunch there on first day. Breakfast was basic and uninteresting compared to our other hotel experiences here.

Their private beach is a huge plus, there is a beach bar, where you can order food and beverages at fair prices (Vietnamese & western food) and they even let you borrow towels when you are lying there. Staff are friendly. You can easily rent a bike to go to the city center - about 15mins.

The location is wonderful with a lovely garden area under pine trees in between the rooms and the beach. There are plenty of places to sit and have shade from the sun, including right on the beach on comfy lounge chairs with parasols. There are amazing views from the top of the cliff with and access to the beach and pools easily. It is a perfect place to rest. The room had a nice balcony looking out into the garden and was comfortable and spacious. The rooms were cleaned and turned over properly every day, and the restaurant for breakfast, dinner and room service were great. The staff was always attentive and kind, including the waiters in the restaurant or beach bar, the front desk, cleaners and especially the security guard who received us on our arrival very late at night. We had a wonderful stay.

The only thing that was not pleasant was that due to a recent storm, there were lots of debris on the beach in front of the hotel lounge chairs. We moved a little further down the beach towards An Bang Beach and it was much cleaner. However, on our third day, the hotel personnel cleaned up the beach front. Also, some of the lounge chair pads should be replaced.

All good. Our room was road facing and close and next to the towels sorting area so it was noisy in the mornings, but apart from that we liked it. Spacious, clean with very friendly staff.

Beachside place to relax just a short trip from Hoi An Old Quarter and a short walk to A Bang Beach. Great atmosphere, very relaxed and loved my room. Perfect for those who want beachside, a pool and to explore the local area. The team are all so friendly and helpful.

My 1st time to Vietnam and the staff here are very welcoming. Great for the solo traveller. Close to Hoi An and Coconut Forest via grab motorbike. Very chilled out spot. The receptionist Mai was friendly, helpful and exceeded expectations, as did all the staff here. I will be back again...

Fabulous friendly & helpful staff, clean quiet & comfortable rooms in a fabulous beach location

The staff were very apologetic.Nice setting.Breakfast room was new clean and modern.Bed was comfortable.

The smell. Room was very damp and all our clothes felt cold and wet. The decor is gloomy - no decent lighting. The tiled floors could do with a good scrub. We checked out 2 days early as our clothes were starting to smell like the damp room. They didn’t offer a refund as we had prepaid through Booking.com. Disappointing.

The staff are attentive and helpful, the pool was nice and the breakfast was good. It was also a short taxi ride from hoi an old town and very peaceful.

The amount of rubbish and the place is a bit run down, it needs to be cleaned up. There is also a space out the back of the building with reception in that looks like a rubbish tip. We could see it from our window. The beach is also full of rubbish it would not take much to do regular litter picking.

We loved our stay here, all of the staff were so wonderful and helpful! The location is gorgeous directly on the beach and the rooms are lovely. Also 3 pools to choose from and loads of sunloungers and beautiful spots to relax in.

Nice clean beach (great location if you like swimming in waves), very helpful staff, spacious bedrooms, excellent buffet breakfast, superb swimming pool, free bikes.The resort is close (walking distance) to many good restaurants and bars.

Minor point: the safe in our room did not work properly...
