Another beautiful gem. My room was spacious and felt like home. The pool view is a must as it’s beautiful to look at from the above balcony. Fantastic location.

Best service, breakfast is excellent, quiet and clean. We love free shuttle bus from hotel to ancient market. We will come back again.

It needs a little love. The hotel is lovely but a little tired for the price. But overall it is still very nice.

The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful without being obsequious. Also, given the weather conditions it was wonderful that it was out of the flood zone nearer the river. There were also several good restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning is limited to the rooms so it was shockingly warm each time I left my room. Also, I wish they had a decaffeinated coffee option at breakfast.

We recently spent two nights and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The room was not only clean but also very spacious, providing plenty of room for our family to relax.Despite the rain during our visit, the staff made our stay incredibly welcoming. They were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, turning what could have been a dreary experience into a memorable one.We took advantage of the full-body massages offered at a discount and felt truly lucky for it. The ladies who provided the treatments were exceptional, making each session worth every moment. The food and beverage selection was a delightful fusion of Western and Vietnamese cuisine, catering to a variety of tastes. We also enjoyed the afternoon happy hour, which featured a great selection of drinks, along with receptions that assisted us in booking tours and activities.Since our flight was early in the morning, we were pleased to find that they offered takeaway breakfast, ensuring we didn’t miss out on a meal before our departure.Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay! We look forward to returning in the future.

The pool was incredible. Very well maintained and perfect scenery/ quiet. The breakfast buffet was amazing too! So many options, really fresh! Had a made to order omelette station, with daily noodles, like pho and crab soup. The coffee was delicious as well. Location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to the old down, and the hotel offered free shuttle services to the ancient town and beach. Lastly the staff were so kind and helpful.

All the staff were exceptionally proactive and attentive, special recognize to Show (Receptionist), Ken (Bellman), and Dolphin (Bellman). They truly demonstrated professionalism, despite the hotel’s boutique style. We greatly appreciated their efforts, even during our short stay at Anio Boutique Hotel. ?

Price of washing

The room was big and equipped with a balcony overlooking a park, breakfast buffet was served each morning with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from! The staff were very helpful, giving loads of pointers on how to get around Hoi An as well as activities to do. The shuttle bus transport was extremely nice as well to get from the Old Town back to the hotel.

Our air conditioning took a while to get cold at times, but it wasn’t anything to be fussed about.

Good location not far from the Old Town but on a pretty quiet street. Friendly English-speaking staff. Fast response to a late-night issue with the bathtub. The hotel is a bit older than it appears in the photos but is well maintained and the room was clean. Very comfortable bed. Free bikes available.

The pool area is not anywhere as nice as it appears in the photos so if you want to spend time swimming and lounging it might be a consideration.

Everything is amazing. The room is spacious, comfortable, and super pretty. We felt like we’re living in a fancy castle. The staff is beyond awesome, very helpful, friendly, and accommodating (especially Ken, he is the best!). Breakfast is also delicious with a lot of options, and we especially love their variety of noodles. The hotel is only approximately 5 minutes drive away from Ancient Town and 9 minutes drive away from A Bang Beach, and they have free bicycles and shuttle bus to both places, so it is very convenient.

New hotel, clean and new facility, great pool and very good breakfast

Location is a bit far from the own town (1,3km) but free shuttle bus and bicycle available everyday. I would be perfect if there is a small garden in the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they gave us many suggestions for shops and local attractions, they also communicated well via WhatsApp throughout our stay. There was a free shuttle service to take you into town and to the beach, but also very walkable into the centre of town. We could use the bicycles for free. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, both Asian and Western options. The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was lovely, with a bar and lots of sunbeds.
