The accommodation was very comfortable, and Helen was very friendly and helped with everything that I needed. It was a good location, and the bed was amazing! It was super clean and overall was a great place to stay while in Hoi An. I would stay there again!

If you travel to hue, I would suggest not using coach transfer as it doesn't go on hai van pass. The sleeper style buses aren't for us, but I'm in my 30's. Would have been fine with it if I was back packing at 18 :)

The hostess was wonderful! Even bought me a banh mi and coffee for breakfast the one day and met me at my tour to give to me when she realized they already picked me up! She helped me book the train and gave me a snack bag to bring with me. She was very responsive and available. She provides a paper with recommendations of things to do around the city. It feels like a home away from home!

Everything was wonderful

The room was basic, but clean and provides all you need as a budget traveler. AC worked perfectly. Location was great with a 10 min or less walk to the Old Town. The host, Helen, is very welcoming and helpful. Accommodated an early checkin after arriving on the bus at 8 am. Laundry service was quick as well.

Owner and her family were lovely. One of the most comfortable beds and soft pillows I have found here in Vietnam.

Helen was the kindest and most helpful! She helped us book our overnight bus, and gave us tons of suggestions in Hoi An! She is also the sweetest person to chat with! The room was nice, extremely clean bathrooms and everything. A nice distance from the old town, so it never gets noisy and we had a good nights rest every night!

I had the best time in Hoi An thanks to Helen and his family!! The place is great, near the center and the room is quite new and comfortable. They helped me a lot during my stay there and the breakfast was very good!

The owner is absolutely lovely. Really helpful organising taxis, push bikes and all round brilliant. Provided leaflets and recommendations for food and activities. Room was spacious, comfortable and AC was perfect. Location is ideal. Okay distance to get to beach and walking distance to old town. Would recommend to anyone going to Hoi An.

The property was perfect for me as I wanted somewhere peaceful and comfortable for 2 nights in Hoi An that was close enough to the main area that I didnt have to walk far, but far enough that it was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and the room was perfect. Very comfy bed and the air con was brilliant which was much needed. One of the best places Ive stayed in Vietnam.

Weather outside too hot during my stay. Cold water maybe heat up, not cool, warm only. It should be nice if we can cool down our temp in shower with cold water.

+ I enjoyed my time in this cozy homestay. The location is excellent, a short walk to where all the action is. The room is on the normal side, and good enough for the couple traveler. If you need bigger space, you will probably book a bigger room here or somewhere else. This is a family-run operation and they are more than willing to help. The owner is very helpful in booking transport as well as any tours you want. One thing that I loved is that they have a water filter and will allow you to fill your water bottle at no charge. I got a map which showed all of the cool places to visit and some suggestions for restaurants and things to do. All in all, I'm glad I chose to stay here and was even more thrilled at how inexpensive the room was. Thanks again, Helen.

Easy to stay at place with a lot of add on offers, like renting bikes, scooters, laundry services, support on day trips and bus / train tickets. The host is super welcoming. The place itself is new, clean, well organized and safe.Recommend!

The breakfast each morning was really good each morning and the rooms were nice and big for my family. Not to far from An Bang beach so the cost of the taxi was low.

Everything in Hoi An was shut down so we didnt know where to go but that is not the fault of the property just bad timing all around.

Located about 5-10 min walk from the action. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops nearby. Was nice to get a bit of quiet and felt as though you were in the countryside although easy walk to the centre. Rooftop pool was lovely and great to cool off in. Bikes available to venture further afield. Owner very helpful and arranged transport for us to the airport.
